I rented several outfits as a wedding guest for myself and partner (3 lehengas 2 kuptas). I booked several months in advance and was contacted last minute that 3 of 5 items are out of stock and will be changed, only provided a photo for 1 of those changes. I also confirmed multiple times that I would need them by the 12th since I would be out of town the next day and the shipment arrived 13th evening. I was able to drive back from a 4 day event to retrieve but unfortunately only 2 of the 3 lehengas were wearable - not to mention had an unpleasant odor. To my shock, they replaced the floral purple/burgundy I had chosen with a red/heavily gold embroidered bridal lehenga which I obviously could not wear. I contacted immediately in hopes to return with zero response. I would give 0 stars if I could.
