Absolutely terrible customer service. I went to get a few suits tailored but they would completely…read moredisregard my requests. The tailor refused to take in the waist of my dress pants. They're literally an inch too big around my waist. That's not how dress pants are supposed to fit. The same thing happened with the sleeves of the my suit jacket. They fit too long and look sloppy. They did some minor alterations but I now have a suit that still doesn't fit my body and does not have the tailored look the way it's supposed to. A complete waste of time and money. They do a fine job at the actual tailoring work, but their refusal to do what I requested suggests a high level of laziness & absolute disregard of the customer's needs. The lady also seemed very passive-aggressive in her tone. You would think people who tailor clothes for a living would know the importance of how clothes should properly fit. Never coming back here again.

I had spilled wine on it, then because they had no club soda, the bartender proceeded to clean my dress with handsoap, leaving a large stain all over the dress, which i want to add was ruched, so the stain was splattered lots of places. The dress also sat in my hot car for like 5 days after the wedding, Regardless, the cleaners got it ALL out! :) Made me very happy.
