This laundromat has two doors and I just so happened to walk in the door that doesn't have the time on it I'm looking around to put my comforter in and the woman there stated rudely,, you can't wash here we're closed we close at nine the sign is on the door!!" I told her I wasn't aware she said the sign is right there on the door I go out and look and the door that I came in the sign is not there but the other entrance the sign is there but it doesn't matter where the sign is it's how she said it and I tell her that she could've told me nicer than that. I found this place while searching online for a tailor to repair a tear in my coat. The reviews…read moreseemed decent, so I felt comfortable bringing in three items for dry cleaning, including a $400 coat that needed a small repair. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The seamstress was not there when I dropped of the coat, they said that she will look and see if she can fix it and let me know by phone. I then find out that she "fixed" my coat without consulting me first, claiming the repair was necessary for the dry cleaning process. In doing so, she actually made the tear worse and ended up ruining the coat. When I tried to address the issue with the staff, the situation only got worse. The employees became defensive, rude, and belligerent. The interaction escalated to the point where I felt uncomfortable and unsafe in the store, as two male associates were behaving aggressively. I haven't even evaluated the quality of the dry cleaning yet, but at this point it's hard to say the service was worth the cost of a ruined $400 coat and the unpleasant treatment I received. It's especially disappointing because I had hoped I'd found a reliable dry cleaning and tailoring service close to home.

I have been using Vogue for the past 11 years. I used to use a spot in Parlin, NJ. But, having…read moresince moved to nearby Edison, I needed something local. I have either been very fortunate to not ever go through any bad experiences finding a good place or perhaps I don't fret over prices. What I do know is, I have always had a great experience with the management here and any cleaning or alterations I have requested, be it for myself, my wife and/or my children. I believe the owners are Korean, and there is a small language barrier, however, they have never been rude or inconsiderate. I can't speak for the account of a previous reviewer, but perhaps you shouldn't be "bargaining" regardless of the amount you are bringing for them to do. Can you go to McDonalds and order 5 of the same thing and ask for a discount? Try that, let me know how that turns out. I trust this place and I've never been disappointed. They have even done last minute emergency alterations for me and I couldn't have been more grateful. In the same respect, I have even left them suits and dresses to be cleaned or pressed with no expected completion date. Again, this is the place I go to, I hope you make it yours.
