I was unpacking boxes that were supposed to be books they packed, and I got about halfway through one box and discovered that they threw two glass shadowbox frames in with the books. One of them was shattered. Thankfully it was the one I hadn't yet filled with photos. The other one would have been disastrous since it had photos of my dad who recently passed away. Even novice movers know you don't put glass frames at the bottom of a box of books!!!! I'm seriously afraid to see what else got damaged in the numerous boxes I have yet to unpack. It's pathetic.

I've used this place before, and they do a decent job, but it takes entirely too long to finish a transaction and they don't really care if they have your business or not. They supposedly do picture restorations and I have several pictures I am restoring, but I will take my business to the camera store in Midland Park. I will also take my shipping needs somewhere else. It was a total waste of my time today. There are too many businesses in the area who actually want your business so why spend all of this time with a business that is mismanaged.
