Currently, I am waiting on a vinyl LP I paid $500 for and was shipped 1st Class Priority. It was coming from Illinois and I live in Franklin, NJ. So far the LP, since arriving in NJ, has been to Teterboro, Andover, FRANKLIN, Jersey City, back to Teterboro, Franklin Lakes, Harrisburg, PA and is now sitting in Lancaster, PA. The biggest problem is how little the PO is willing to do to resolve this. I asked that they find it, reclassify it as Overnight Priority at their expense and they refused. Funny how the USPS service goes to hell in a hand-basket when Trump is in office.

I questioned that they had not had the ability to ship anything abroad for seven weeks, Brian Hahn, the inept manager, said he'd "forgot to order the forms" and had "been on vacation." To say this man is just trying to coast into retirement, with no intention of running an efficient facility, would not be an exaggeration. He then tried to blame the counter clerk, but, as I said to him, the buck stops with him. He is also making more work for his co-workers at other post offices, who are doing his work, not to mention, wasting the time of customers. Sad to say, the apathy of Hahn is the kind of behavior that is contributing to the demise of USPS.

Customer support request? Don't worry, they send you an "I'm sorry" and say the issue was resolved without any other contact. They will also say that it's your fault and you should've paid to upgrade the insurance policy. This is not directed at one store in particular, but the way the business is run in general. If you need something next day, you're better off going out of your way to get it yourself. The employees at this store in particular were very polite, and apologized for the inconvenience.
