We're there every day to pick up mail for our business and to drop off mail to get sent out. We go at different times and while it's crowded sometimes, like every business is at one point or another, as soon as people wait a minute or two, if there's only one clerk, at least one other person comes out to help. The clerks are fast and efficient and certainly polite. The place is very clean and we never have trouble picking up Priority supplies if we run short from what we order (for free) directly from USPS. No, the postal service doesn't provide packing tape - when have they ever? Also, someone wrote that there's 'no one to complain to', but USPS has feedback online, so that's not true. USPS does a lot for our business and they're cheap, fast and reliable. I can't imagine needing more than that. Maybe mimosas?

My hats off to all the workers in the mail/package shipping industry during this time of year. The price is good, but it seems the price of stamps is always growing. Currently, I am waiting on a vinyl LP I paid $500 for and was shipped 1st Class Priority. It was coming from Illinois and I live in Franklin, NJ. So far the LP, since arriving in NJ, has been to Teterboro, Andover, FRANKLIN, Jersey City, back to Teterboro, Franklin Lakes, Harrisburg, PA and is now sitting in Lancaster, PA. The biggest problem is how little the PO is willing to do to resolve this. I asked that they find it, reclassify it as Overnight Priority at their expense and they refused. Funny how the USPS service goes to hell in a hand-basket when Trump is in office.
