The place has a sign it is under new ownership. It's clean and the staff was friendly as I approached the counter to drop off my box and quickly got attended to with good customer service and given a receipt for tracking. It appears to have all the services (boxes, packaging materials, copier for printing documents, design & print customized products, mailboxes, etc.) of a traditional UPS store, even though it is not huge. It's a small office but they have all the basic features to ship your packages and they have P.O. Boxes...if you need that service as well. This location was clean, fully stocked, and neatly kept. I walked in and the lady at the counter was friendly and approachable (unlike many other Postal workers). Had small talk while the system was restarting. So, looks like this location made improvements from the previous reviews years ago. I will return to use this USPS as I was in-and-out quickly and the customer service was excellent.

And if you choose to donate to "Goodwill" in hopes that it will go to an actual charitable cause, make sure you do your research first. Anyway, I was in the area and decided to try here - mainly to look for physical media. As predicted, that area was an utter mess, In places like this, you take chances and sometimes you fan find something decent, sometimes not. Sometimes the local jackals that intentionally look for certain things in stores like this to sell for more elsewhere or the employees take the best stuff, but sometimes you get lucky as well. For the movies, it was a mess. Some dirty stuff, some bootlegs, some scratched up discs, some completely loose, some in the wrong cases, and some damaged cases. Despite that, I managed to find three DVD's and they were in good shape - for a dollar each, I can't complain. The CDs didn't look much better and the books were a mess. The rest of the store was typical Goodwill, but looked relatively neat overall (except the physical media area). It seemed clothes were the main thing here and they took up more than half the store. There were other things that you'd normally find in a store like this from picture frames to kitchen supplies. I'm sure the prices range, but you could probably find something decent if you care to look. The lone staff member (cashier) I dealt with was friendly. The parking lot is decent enough and this is a stand alone business. Typical Goodwill, but if you like to visit these places then this is a relatively decent one.

The first time it wasn't in the system, and the second time they told me that the bigger pieces had to dry, which I understood so I came in later that day. But, when I got home and really looked at my pieces, I saw that some parts of the art work was cut off, and I'm not talking about corners here. I'm talking about words and important elements of the piece where cut of. Also, some of the font was slightly pixelated if I looked at it closely. And finally, some of my art pieces came back looking either very saturated, slightly muggy looking, or kind of blurry. I wouldn't recommend going here, they charge a pretty high price for doing a terrible job. On another note, when I called them to complain and have my art redone, the person who I talked on the phone with told me that the one who originally printed my stuff should be the one I should talk to. I didn't bother calling back, used the pieces that where good in my portfolio, and took my business elsewhere.
