Recently I had to return an item that I purchased and the it had a UPS return shipping label. So I went to this location within the Roxbury Mall shopping area. Plenty of parking. The place has a sign it is under new ownership. It's clean and the staff was friendly as I approached the counter to drop off my box and quickly got attended to with good customer service and given a receipt for tracking. It appears to have all the services (boxes, packaging materials, copier for printing documents, design & print customized products, mailboxes, etc.) of a traditional UPS store, even though it is not huge. Preface w/YES LISTEN TO MY 100% DISPUTED REVIEWS ON THESE THEFTS!!! I buy nearly everything as many do online for convenience, easy, pricing. Naturally, returns are a service that is now needed for online shopping. Amazon, and other carriers have worked out contracts that keep both sides thriving. Now, per this exact store since the newer ownership. It was a wonderful Asian family who had manned this store for awhile, ans was always so pleasant to my wife and/or myself when we came in. We never once had a problem that would of been on caused by this store. Sure, sometimes they were slow and it took longer than usual, but this is life and its not always moving as fast as we would or expect it too sometimes - take some deep breathes people, everyone has off days or plenty of unknown problems in their life that could be causing an "off day (i.e. slower than normal). Those to me should not be reviewed like people do, not fair. The store that is currently owned by the newer Indian folks (Please forgive me if Indian is not the correct name - absolutely no racial hatred or done on purpose at all. I love diversity ), that still operate as of this review April 1, 2026. I did not figure this out until I used some tech gadgets to see exactly where all of these random items I was returning to various stores (high,value electronics seem to be the constant) were disappearing to. Example: I returned a Samsung phone for a "trade-in" credit for an upgraded phone. This trade-in happened to be brand new in the factoey box and valued at $1,200.00 for the trade in price toward the different newer phone. Packed it all up, took pictures, it was fully sealed, sticker protection, etc. and brought to this store. The gentleman scans it in, I get a receipt and off I go. I wait for it to be delivered to Samsung and they get the trade-in and deny it and charge my card for $1,200.00 because the trade in device sent back was not the device I sent. They have videos shows its arrival like every other one, and it shows only the box I sent, which was now open and had some other phone in its place. It took me 8 months to finally get my money back. Well, this happens like 5 more times with other items and now I am looking like some kind of thief, and understandably so. I am not going to disclose how I finally figured out it was the new people at this store. I shared this information with all the parties involved at that point, and was cleared of any possible fraud or wrong doing on my behalf. I can't imagine how many other people they are doing this too. So, PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF HOURS OF HEADACHES, MONEY GETTING TIED UP UNTIL YOU CAN PROVE IT, AND SIMPLY TAKE IT ELSEWHERE! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE Brought in an item to be shipped back to Shein, they scanned item, gave me receipt, kept the item and shipped something else to Shein. They told me I had to file a claim directly with UPS and claim no responsibility. UPS approved the claim and paid them direclty since they are the actual shipper of my item. Stole cash!!! I thought it would be safer to send a college graduation card with cash in it through UPS. The envelope was sealed in front of me, after I left, it was opened and then the inner envelope was opened and the graduation cash stolen. They retaped the outer envelope. Unreal. The older person at the store knew exactly what it was because the envelope said 'Congrats Graduate'. I should've used regular mail and sent a check. I would NEVER go back to this store. When I called to ask what happened, the man yelled at me on the phone and blamed me for sending cash! WOW If I could give zero stars I would. I've been using this UPS store for years, never a problem, always polite, helpful, and efficient.

They tried to overcharge me almost $100, not$1, $100. I checked pricing on UPS website before going there. Price was $267, guy at the store said it would be over $350, and I gave him the weights and destination and he measured boxes. I told he he was wrong but did not want to be corrected. Succasunna UPS Store charges $ 1.OO if you need a piece of tape Also, they refuse to pick up my package to place on scale. I had no help to bring 4 packages to the front desk.the couple that work there are very bio polar -one second nice -next second rude. seems like they been there to long and dont like working there. This is a typical shipping and packing store. The guy here is nice but its nothing special. Rates generally set by ups so the only thing that can define something like this is the counter service which is pretty good. All in all if you need to ship something there no reason not to come here unless its a letter. read more

Very rude staff and very limited services. Unlike other UPS stores they do not allow customers to print by sending email to unified email address. Instead, the customer should share his credentials by logging into the UPS store station and print from there. Very non convenient. Very rude employees. UPS completely crushed one of my packages. They even saw the crushed package at the destination. They stated Mr. Jay Kim of this Succasunna location was given the $100 in insurance to give to my company. Mr. Kim denied that UPS sent him the money. I called back and forth each party blaming the other. So basically one of them "pocketed" the $100. Of course we never wound up receiving the due $100. Never again using UPS. read more

Been here many times as its local. Always professional, courteous, efficient and very helpful staff. There are other UPS Store locations I can visit near work but always go back to the Succasunna location. They practice safe social distancing too which is very important to me. read more

Every single time I come here the one man is extremely rude. This time I came at 6:20 to return a package back to Amazon and because it was not a prepaid slip I was told that I cannot send it out from there and I had to bring it to the post office which closed at 4 o'clock. This is completely wrong I have bought slips from that store and sent out my own packages from that store previously so what is the reason as to why I couldn't send this one out today. He just did not want to do his job because they were closing at 7 o'clock and the UPS truck was already there to pick up packages. I am never coming back to the store ever again the attitude from the employees it's ridiculous and Customer Service level is so poor I do not recommend anyone to come here unless you want to deal with poor services and attitude. read more

I called the ups store to ship a painting. I spoke with the manager and the phone and discussed the size of the canvas and that it needed to be freight shipped. After our discussion I received a quote for shipping and packing for this canvas and the manager said no problem we can ship that out no issues. That was a a few weeks ago. I called today to just inform him I will be bringing the canvas down there today and he remembered speaking with me weeks ago, he said yes bring the canvas we will ship it today! So with that being said everything was ready to go I had the canvas and the money for what I was quoted to ship. Only to get there and the manager be clueless on shipping the canvas even though he remembered before I got there because we spoke on the phone! His only response was oh...um... I sincerely apologize.. I don't want to hear that we had spoken and went over this and he said we are good to go?!? If your senile maybe you should not be managing a ups store. Thank you for wasting mine and my clients time. I will be following up with corporate so they can fix your shit operation you have there. read more
