If you're trying to mail back a return via fedex and use a QR code, they can't process the QR code and will charge you to print the label. Save your time and money and go to a real fedex location. read more

I've been a regular visitor since as long as I can remember - probably for two decades or more. There was a revolutionary change of ownership here in about 2020 and since that change, the service has been spectacular and the place has been neat and clean. Its a completely different place. There still isn't free labor nor free packaging, but fees for all services and packing items are quite reasonable and within the realm of expectations. It is telling that it has survived despite the presence of a Staples with a full business center in the same shopping center. Among the services they provide is reliable mailbox service which I have used since 2020. A great alternative to a P.O. Box. The owners and employees have, on all occasions, been agreeable, down-to-earth, and professional. read more

Unfortunately, my experience dropping off a Haul truck at this location was horrible. First, the lady owner asked me to drive the truck to Summit NJ and drop it there because she didn't want another truck in her lot. I said I can't. Had been moving furniture all day, it was 6 pm, and Summit location was 30 minutes away. This Pack n Ship location was the preferred, and scheduled drop off location. I told her that her problem was not my problem. If Uhaul made a mistake, please take it up with them, but don't inconvenience me at the end of a long day. Then, the lady owner asked me to drive the truck around to the back of the shopping mall lot and park it there. This was about 1/8 mile away. I was to do that and then walk back to the store. I was like, are you serious? I did it ....The lot was full so I parked it on the grass next to the lot, which seemed like the smartest thing to do. Her employee met me there to check mileage and gas. Employee said everything was fine, I was free to go. Next day, male owner called me, with his foreign accent, and threatened to charge my credit card for parking the UHaul truck on the grass. Said if I had a problem, call UHaul. This was a horrible experience with people who should not be UHaul dealers. They are ill-equipped to operate a UHaul drop off and pick up site. read more

I am grateful to Mike, the owner of the store, for helping me locate important documents that FedEx has lost. FedEx driver attached a wrong label and they were sent to a wrong address. FedEx could care less about it. The only communication I received after calling and writing to them was a link for expense reimbursement. Mike, on the other hand, went far far and beyond in figuring out what happened and how to tackle the issue. And he didn't even have to do this as it wasn't his fault! Mike really cared and if I am to send documents, I will definitely go there. read more

Great place to get your important documents shredded. A dollar a pound unless it's over 100 pounds then it's 75 cents a pound. They also recycle your paper. We had 20 pounds worth of documents needing shredding they shredded it right in front of us! Super quick! and about 50 pounds of paper (old school notes, etc) that they recycled for us. That's not all! They also took lots of old Text books. They buy new ones from you but anything over a year or 2 they don't buy. They leave them out front and if no one takes them after a certain amount of days they recycle them. How great is that! Very nice, friendly and helpful! I called ahead of time to make sure they shredded papers and the lady on the phone was so helpful she gave me great instructions on how to get there. Will definitely go back and use there services and tell all our friends and family! read more

I usually don't mind waiting for decent services when there is a long line but this Pack Ship n More store has got to be the worst ever. They are unfriendly, outright rude and the most lazy people I have ever seen. I came to the store around 9 a.m. to get my finger print done. Two people were sitting there doing nothing while a father and his son customer ahead of me were standing there waiting to be helped. These people didn't even look at them to ask if they can help. After at least 5 minutes, they finally asked what the customer wanted. They were then forced to ask me what I needed. I told them and they refused to do my finger print telling me to come back because they do finger printing after 10. To top it off, the store is dirty, unorganized, and the owner is disheveled. Who in their right mind would trust these people do do anything for them? read more

Would leave zero stars if possible. Horrendous customer service. Incredibly slow. Shipped a package from there last week. Was told that the package would arrive by last Friday and that I would receive the tracking info via email. Every other similar store prints it out for you right then and there but he did not seem able or willing to. Never received the email, package never arrived. I went back the the store today, was given the 22 digit tracking number on a scratch piece of paper - again no receipt - and was told that it could take weeks for my package to arrive. Useless. Will never go back there. There are 2 much better pack and ship type stores within 2 miles of this one. No need to ever go to this one again. read more

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I sell items online regularly and I have used this store before to drop off prepaid boxes for FedEx to pick up, but after my last experience I will never go there again and I advise you to do the same. I recently made the mistake of dropping off a prepaid package for FedEx close to when the store had opened. The owner, I'm assuming, took a look at the package and said that it was a "postal service" package. I said, "it is actually FedEx," and he told me he would try to scan it for FedEx first and if not the postal service will take it. Fine, I thought; as I have stated, I have used this place once or twice before with the same exact shipping labels and FedEx has taken it without any issue. The following late afternoon (so 24+ hours later), I notice the package is not tracking. I give Pack and Ship to confirm that my package was in fact picked up, since the drop off had been a little unusual in comparison to the other times I have been there. The same man from the day before answered and was right away completely dismissive of me. He said the Post Office picked it up, yes they had come yesterday, and I was going to have to check on their end - interrupting every sentence of mine to get his out. So, once I got off the phone I checked the tracking number against the post office and tracking had not started there either. Now I am worried, since I have never experienced any of this before. I call Pack and Ship back to just ask him to please double check that my package left the store since USPS had not picked up tracking either, and he became very rude. He kept saying "ma'am it left, they came yesterday at 3." I reminded him that he has yet to even ask my name, the delivery address, etc.. how did he know for sure it had left if he didn't even know who I was?! He became VERY aggressive and told me that, and I repeat verbatim, "some times these things fall under the radar when they don't scan." I told him that the day previously he told me he would scan it for FedEx, and now he would be responsible for the items that are in that package. He yelled, I'm serious, yelled! To tell me that he "is not responsible for anything, this is courtesy and I do not get paid for this." So, that last statement alone shows me he really does not care at all about his customers concerns - as we are technically not paying him a dime when we drop off packages to his store. This is very unfortunate because I had envisioned myself using his store to pack up and ship gifts for some family members overseas. It is clear to me that this man and his employees are careless and quite frankly, they don't care about you unless they benefit off of you. Stay FAR away from this place!!!!! I absolutely do not trust this store one bit. read more

Great staff you can bring in your packages that are ready to ship or bring in the item that needs to be wrapped and packed and shipped and they will do it all for you including bubble wrap and make sure it can be tracked to arrive safely A neighborhood staple they have been here for years and are reliable and friendly You can have your packages drop shipped here for pick up just make arrangements with them Use them to ship all the things my daughter forgot to take to college as well as surprise packages of goodies read more

We had an appointment to get fingerprinted and were told we had to wait because the owner had to leave. He told us to "go away" and come back later despite the fact that we had an appointment and drove and hour to get there. Very argumentative and rude. Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from owner. Went there to return JC Penny online merchandise. Waited for 10 m in for anybody to show up (shop was unattended). Then shop owner shows up from back of room with a lunch box in hand, complained I did not have right return invoice when in fact I went it with the one sent by JCP. Then he told me my stuff will take him ore time and started attending the customer behind me. When I said I had to get back to work, he told me that's my problem and I could either come later to pick up my refund (and leave behind my paid for merchandise!), or go to some other store. I told him if the price of each item was what he needed, I could show him my electronic invoice (he had a computer next to him). He said that was not meant for anyone outside the store. Finally I decided I was wasting my time and politely left. JCP should really not let such bad customer behavior damage their brand name. Surely there are plenty of other UPS stores that can provide JCP catalog services !. I for one am never going back to that store again and perhaps won't be using JCP online as often as I used to. read more
