I worked with Brian at this UPS Store to pickup and ship 2 very fragile, eggshell-thinned, porcelain bowls from an auction house nearby. Brian handled the whole thing professionally. Things were picked up and shipped promptly and the eggshell-thinned porcelains arrived intact. It's not an easy feat. Will do business again. read more

I genuinely enjoy coming here. I feel many times you're trying to run simple errands and you run into rude people who don't know what's going on and barely want to help you. NOT HERE. The people who work here always have an answer for you and seem happy to help you. Service is always quick and kind. My needs are always met here. THANK YOU. read more

The crew here is super friendly and quick to resolve any questions! Fast and great service.

The customer/overall experience when visiting this store is probably the best of any establishment in Morristown! That is saying a lot. The guys are friendly, courteous, helpful, quick, and genuinely make every trip a pleasant experience. Whether it is boxing up something to send off to family or a simple Amazon return, the service is consistently over the top. Not surprising to see the other reviews are all praising as well. read more

Brian was so accommodating and knowledgeable when I shipped my 2 crystal chandeliers cross country. They were boxed EXCELLENTLY, and arrived in perfect condition. Brian was very communicative when there were updates along the way! 10/10 read more

Horrible service. Asked to print a mailing label and they charged for it. Don't waste your time here.

The best customer service! All of the employees are so kind! They make it feel like a neighborhood store. You're always greeted with a hello, they help you print labels, they have a usps drop off, they tape up your boxes, they learn your name and they always put a smile on your face! Their prices are reasonable and they are honest and hard working. I've seen them with 13 people in line before the holidays, shipping out multiple packages per person, with people being impatient or rude and they were so polite and courteous and just took it on the chin (people please be kinder to those in customer service especially at this place--we know you think you're the most important person in the store but during the holidays and Covid your stress is created by your own making)!!! Thank you guys for always making a trip here such a pleasant experience!!! Special shout out to Paul!!!! He is so sweet, makes everyone laugh and goes out of his way to make your experience easy and quick! read more

Simply great to deal with, nice people great customer service , they remember your name , 5 star plus , their work is quality

I've come here about a dozen times (mostly to send something back to Amazon). Each time I've been here I've received prompt, courteous, and excellent customer service. Most of my visits entailed dropping a prepaid package off and being offered a receipt. Most recently I came here for their fax services and the exceptional service continued! It's $2.50 to send a fax and they'll provide a receipt. What prompt me to write a review today was I came in with a stroller and the gentleman in the store took the time to come around the counter and hold the door open for me as I left. read more

I've mailed plenty of packages from here, dropped off my fair share of prepaid packages also, always fast, absolutely solid and friendly service. Also PO boxes and copiers at this location, and they'll sell you some postage in a pinch. PJ is the main guy in charge at this UPS Store, he is extremely active with the Morristown Rotary, you'll see him all over town! read more

Nice to have this UPS store right on the green- being able to make copies has been so helpful. The staff there are pleasant. The only downside is the lack of parking. If you have a large package, that could be tough. read more

P.J. and the crew at the Morristown UPS Store are always quick with a solution to my printing and shipping needs. They can print color or b/w plans of any size and then package and distribute them for me. Quick, reasonable and excellent. All three, that's fresh. Rich Smith Surveyor read more

The customer service was outstanding! We needed closing papers notarized, witnessed, photocopied and shipped. They did this all with also caring for the other customers online. They were very courteous for the extra service we required. read more

I just left this store 100% satisfied. I tried other UPS Stores and Staples before coming here, and none of them could help me. Paul at this Morristown location IS THE MAN. He took my sticker/label order and printed perfect copies immediately. 100% perfect. I've tried other UPS stores and Staples for printing, but I will never ever go back to anywhere except Morristown UPS Store on the Motown Green. A+++ I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you! Yesterday, I had them box and ship an antique lantern and really old book. They were very nice and helpful. When I confirmed the address with the person I was sending it to, I found I had the wrong address. They had already boxed and shipped the box. I called today and asked if they could change the address and later today, Brian called back and said they'd be able make the change. Very helpful. I totally recommend them. read more

The staff here are usually very helpful, but on the last shipping day before Christmas I called ahead and asked when the last next day shipment would be picked up. I was told 3pm. I showed up at 2pm and was told the truck already left. I told the employee they needed to be more accurate when providing information about their pickup times. She proceeded to tell me I should have finished my Christmas shopping earlier. I then asked for her name so I could let her manager know about her behavior. She wasn't wearing a name tag and refused to tell me her name. I took her photo so her manager would know who provided the poor service. She then told me she was going to call the cops on me for taking her photo. I'll be going to the FedEx store on Route 10 from now on. read more

The guys that work in this store are great and super helpful! I prefer coming here to ship/mail items than having to deal with the horrible customer service at the Post Office. The location of this store is great, as it's in town and easily walkable. The store also offers many different services, like shredding, shipping, signage, scanning, etc. read more

I bought antique bar cart online. Needed to have picked up, packed and shipped to N. Calif. The UPS store was amazing. Mike ,the manager did everything as promised and it arrived very fast in perfect shape. Even the 2 glass shelves were unharmed. Completely happy customer. read more

To whoever reads this, please know that the personnel here make this the best UPS store in the whole land. I needed to ship around 200 lbs of stuff to Puerto Rico in the middle of the holidays and these guys, with their friendliness, patience and overall good sense of high-quality service, exceeded my expectations by a mile and a half. They not only were able to offer me a more-than-reasonable rate, but somehow they found a way to make everything arrive within a week. I can't be grateful enough. I can't recommend them enough. read more

The customer service at this store is the best I have seen. They read and respond to e-mails immediately and always have printing jobs ready BEFORE the due date. It so great to have a professional printer on the green in Morristown. I had a retail store in the center of Morristown for over 20 years and we used the UPS store for all of our printing. The employees and manager are always friendly and helpful when I have to ship something or print something.

The staff are friendly, answer questions clearly, and are time-efficient in getting orders out. It's an A+ business in my book :-)

I went there to return a box from amazon. I was told that they would charge me only $1.00 to print a return label in black and white and receive the return. They tried to charge me $4.95 to print a single black and white page... I asked if I can use there public printer myself to print this return label and they refused. I left without using there services.. try a different place. read more
