The products came out great, and the pick up location opened late, which was really helpful for us as we had to travel up from another state after work on a Friday. Their website maintenance definitely needs some help as sometimes things do not update as fast as the changes that are made, and the display of bills may not be the same as your bill if you had any billing adjustments. Customer service can help adjust everything if needed. They frequently offer deals and discounts online too, just another +. Definitely would do business with PsPrint again!

DO NOT USE THIS STORE TO PACK FRAGILE ITEMS I paid the store…read moreto pack my computer monitor into a secure box for shipping. I asked to watch them pack it up, but was told that items would be packed up later in the day and assured me that it will be packed properly and safely. The manufacturer received my monitor damaged. Pictures showed the monitor was packed in a very large box. The box was not long enough for the monitor to lie flat, instead it was laid diagonally in the box. For protection, there is a single layer of bubble wrap, some crumpled paper and a small pack of packing foam. It was clearly not enough to secure the monitor nor prevent it from shipping bumps and drops. The store will not refund me the money. I have to file a claim with FedEx. The FedEx claims department denied my claim, only the shipper can file a claim, who is the manufacturer. The manufacturer does not file claims. So I am lost the $34 for the FedEx Office to pack my monitor and the damage to the monitor. Lcukily the manufacturer was understanding and replaced my monitor. Now I am trying to get my money back for the poor packaging. Unfortunately, the store will not do that, the FedEx claims department will not open my case and reiterates that even to get a refund for the packaging, the manufacturer needs to file a claim! This is a strict FedEx policy. I'm in circles and now disputing the charge with my credit card company. Again DO NOT USE THIS STORE TO PACK FRAGILE ITEMS!!! They will do a crap ass job. If you have a vase or some other fragile item and pay the FedEx office in Morris Plains NJ to pack it securely, expect it to arrive broken. Do not trust them, unless you watch them pack it. Buy the materials and pack it yourself. Save yourself the misery.

This "non-retail" retail lithographic printing business is tucked away in a small industrial park…read moreone block off of Ridgedale Ave. It is retail only in that you can order your 250 business cards or 100 custom wedding invitations and pick-up yourself but you usually get a wholesale price and I think most of their business is still from other quick printers and Ad Agencies. They will quote on most color printing except they specialize in raised printing and give the best prices on that. They have the machines running all day in the back and give 1 or 2 day turnaround on one or two-color business cards or stationary. Again, don't ask them to do 4-color bus cards or postcards on glossy stock. Go to Printingforless.com or the other internet sites for that. I also use them for color copies because they charge no premium for printing on heavy paper like Staples or Office Max does.

If you have a print job, I highly recommend this place that's tucked away in the back of a buisiness park (google map it as it's tough to find). Once you come, you'll kick yourself that you ever spent a dollar at those other places that couldn't care less about you or how the finished product is going to look.. (i.e. Kinkos or Staples) FYI, Steve's quick on the phone and I was initially taken aback by that.
