Support your local business! Great service, very friendly, and great antiques to gaze at while in stores. Staff is generally knowledgeable and have quicker turn around timed than most shops I've been to. Highly recommend and they charge fairly depending on the amount of film developed as opposed to charging a fee up ahead which can be intimidating for beginners. read more

I brought two large portraits for restoration to Livingston camera Mart, these were damaged and were probably 100 years old from the turn of the century, I also brought seven or eight old faded photos, They were able to restore them within a week and I think the price was reasonable for the amount of work they did, these pictures were of great sentimental value and I am very thankful for the service. I've only had good experiences with Livingston Camera. I upload my pics on their website, then go pick them up that day or the next. They are always super nice and I feel good supporting a local business rather than using Costco, etc. Maybe if I had to do something more complicated I would run into problems, but if your needs are simple, I don't see anything wrong with Livingston Camera. read more

If you're familiar with Livingston Camera Mart, then you are probably familiar with their other store in Millburn. Well, then you also would know that the employees in Millburn are 1000 times better. I've been to Livingston twice because my photos couldn't be printed in Millburn (120 film) and both times it seemed as though the employees at Livingston had no idea what I'm talking about. One lady is constantly looking like she doesn't even know she is there, like completely spaced out. Besides the one young guy on staff, the rest of them seem quite clueless. Take the extra 10 minutes and head to Millburn if you have any questions or need developing, they are the best. read more

I am so sad that I moved and am no longer able to feasibly use this lab. This was my go-to place for film development and I'm having trouble finding a replacement. It is more expensive than walgreens and even some online options, but it always feels good to support small businesses and your community. They develop 35mm and 120 color in-house and 99% of the time your film will be ready the next day. They do shut down the developer a bit early, probably for economical reasons. B&W they send out and it can take a little more than a week or so. To me, the colors and scanning have always been excellent. Never had a problem with the tones being off. Service is very, very friendly though some staff seem more knowledgeable and even more helpful than others. read more

Less than helpful. I called to see if they could help me with some old photographs I wanted to enlarge and frame. They said they could and I drove an hour to get there. I told the person at the counter I wanted to enlarge my pictures and asked for advice on what size I could enlarge them to. She did not answer, put some sort of a magnifying glass over them, said that was what they would look like, and turned her back to me. I couldn't tell what I was looking at and she made it clear she was not going to help further. I left and checked the website to see if I had misunderstood. They claim on the website to do this kind of work. I am not sure how they are with professional photographers, but unless you know exactly what you want, don't bother. They are not in the help business and the person at the counter is not someone I would ever have interface with the public. read more

Excellent interaction with the staff at Livingston Camera Mart. They printed some special prints for me that I wanted for Mother's Day and the prints came out beautifully. They were very friendly and helpful with a project I was trying to finish. Will certainly head over there again if I need photo printing. read more

To extremely inattentive and angry millennial employee. Angry millennial being the comical name we created for her that suits her perfectly. I paid $500 for 3 collages and was basically left by myself to service. I needed the collage the next day so in a rush and she gave me very vague details on when I can expect the collage and had to request for a needed email confirmation. I confronted her about her service. She apologized and said in defense she was busy. If I'm paying $500 at least give me 30 minutes of your attentiveness and decent service. Will not be returning ever. You would expect a family business especially a camera business in this social climate to take the extra step to make their customers feel good, but no not the case. The collages were for my mom who passed away. Making the collages were supposed to be a special experience. The angry millennial who serviced us did quite the opposite. She sure did not get her avocado toast and Starbucks vanilla triple shot soy milk drink for breakfast that morning. :) read more

Same experience as another reviewer. Easy upload of pictures with a few options based on how i wanted to do the upload. I received an email when the order was ready (within 1 hour of ordering). A great experience every time i go there, but for the first time i uploaded pictures for printing, very happy with the ease and communication. Definitely do it again. read more

Total Rip Off! They charge 50% more to process, print 1 set, with a picture cd. Actually, they charged for two picture cd's (we had two rolls), but gave only one cd with all the pictures on it...CHEATS. They give new meaning to "Buyer Beware". Our bad for having faith and trust in a local merchant. The young fellow who took the order should have given an estimate of the cost of the job at drop off. No, did not ask ahead of time, yes, STUPID on our part! Assumed in this day and age it would be competitive with CVS, Walgreen's, etc. and would not be scammed. Have no problem paying a little more to support local merchants, but 50% more!?!?! Come on! If you do venture in, make sure you ask the exact cost of what your paying for and check to make sure they've given you EXACTLY what they overcharged you for. read more
