The once-reliable office supply retailer has fallen on hard times, it would seem. With only one…read morediscernible employee staffing the store, I felt bad distracting him from ringing up another customer at the register to ask him where I might find a postal scale. The shelves looked sad, with plenty of empty sections and a strong going-out-of-business aura. I felt bad for the single employee as well as the random two or three other customers wandering the store as aimlessly as I was. I spotted some overpriced battery banks and extension cords, packing tape and copier paper, but not the one office item I had expected to find. Yet I did manage to spot a Taylor Swift coloring book. (Yes, I'm a fan of the pop singer, but this is the last place I'd go looking for such a thing.) Unless the Amazon pick-up boxes and the FedEx counter are keeping it rolling in cash, I'd expect this location, if not the chain, to be bankrupt within a couple of years.

They were very nice and helped a lot to find the perfect chair. It was also moderately priced, which made us happy in this economy. My mom loves this chair now. As for the Staples itself, it felt kind of dead inside, but oddly homey. I think that made me enjoy my visit even more. It felt like Wall-E after they planted the plant and revived humanity. Perhaps a remaining store in a mall that is on the verge of closing. But not in a way that one would feel disdain. It is comfortable. This store has been on my mind ever since I went just because of how... storely it is. That is all to say: I suggest it if you need chairs and enjoy a joyfully haunting vibe in stores.

I had a relatively small, quick project for Alpha, and the experience was easily five stars…read more Patrick had a whole phone conversation with me to get a sense of my needs, which in itself I wouldn't expect from a print shop for a $30 job. I needed an 18"x24" poster print mounted on foam board, and in my project request I mentioned we would be displaying the poster on a tabletop easel. Patrick clearly read the whole request and gave it thoughtful consideration, because he advised that for an extra few dollars, Alpha could add foldable easel wings to the back of our poster - heck yes! I'd gotten a quote from another larger print shop - let's call them Kedex-Finko's - and the price for this job was easily going to top $50. Alphagraphics was a better price, and definitely a better and more personal customer experience. The final product was sharp, sturdy, and beautiful - a really clean print. From initial request to project completion, Alpha had the whole thing done in about 24 hours. Highly recommend them for any print job, personal or professional.

Not only did these guys accelerate their process to get it done, they advised on design reviews, stayed after hours to complete the job, arranged for after-hours pickup, were VERY competitive on pricing, and enabled us to be prepared for an event we would otherwise been left behind on. Can not recommend them (and in particular Patrick) enough for printing services in the area. There's a reason why big chains don't often cut it-- here is proof.

I cannot recommend this business highly enough. As the owner of a marketing business myself, I work…read morewith more than 50 different production partners, so I've had the opportunity to work with a wide range of printers and know firsthand how much quality, turnaround, communication, and reliability matter. This team consistently ranks at the very top. The print quality is outstanding, the turnaround times are fantastic, and their consistency is something I genuinely appreciate. In the printing industry, having a trusted and dependable production partner is invaluable. When something is time-sensitive, a deadline is tight, or I'm simply in a pinch and need to know a job is going to get done--and done right--there is no secondary option in my mind. We just go here. Something else I really value is that they know their capabilities and are honest about them. They're not the type of printer that will simply say yes to anything just to make a sale. If something can be done well, they'll tell you and make it happen. If there's a limitation, a better way to approach a project, or something they don't believe will produce the result you're looking for, they're straightforward about that too. That kind of honesty is incredibly valuable, especially in printing, where saying "yes" to something that shouldn't be done can end up costing everyone time and creating a disappointing final product. They are one of the most trusted and reliable partners any organization can work with. Being able to send a project their way knowing it will be handled properly takes an enormous amount of stress out of the process. If you're considering using them for a project, do not hesitate at all. From quality and turnaround to capability, honesty, dependability, and overall service, they are absolutely top tier. I highly recommend them for your printing needs and will continue turning to them whenever I need something done right.

I stopped by in person to check out the facilities at EasyPrint123 and ended up speaking with the owner, Mark. The shop didn't advertise a price point I was hoping to find, but Mark nevertheless provided me a quote on the spot. After shopping around a bit, I found their quote not only competitive locally but compared to large, big-box national chains. After uploading my PDF, I e-mailed EasyPrint123 and received a response almost immediately from Mark. The entire process was so easy and painless that I was surprised. That same day, I received a text letting me know that my order was complete, much faster than I had even imagined. The entire job was done around the same time that another franchise e-mailed to say that they had received my request for a quote! So, not only did I receive better, personalized service, but my order was also the fastest and most cost effective. The quality was beautiful, too. Hands-down the best experience I could have expected! I'll use them again in a heartbeat.

Yeesh... what was $140 in the store was $70 online. Quite a mark-up. Also online the hours have 7a open but it's really 8a right now. See current sign.

I've been a Summit resident for over 30 years, and this is one of the worst customer experiences I've had. If you're going to operate a FedEx location with virtually no customer parking, the least you could do is provide a safe, legal place for customers to park or clearly warn them before they walk in. Instead, customers are left to get hit with expensive tickets for making a quick stop. A simple errand turned into a costly mistake. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. There are plenty of other shipping options that don't punish customers just for trying to use the store.
