The machines worked just fine. Clothes dried in normal mount of time. Staff was friendly as well. The place is messy for sure. Bags of clothes piled high to the ceiling at the entrance. Open bags of clothes all around. Just supper messy and sloppy. Would prefer everyone's dirty and clean bagged laundry out of sight. The location is good and everyone keeps to themselves. It is a small place but they have a lot of machines and a good ton of baskets for use. I would visit this place again. But if they cleaned up and made some improvements then it would be a better place. I'm assuming Hispanics frequent this laundry mat, as the TVs were set to news Chanel's in Spanish. When I returned the truck before 4 PM yesterday (12/6/15) I was told that since they were closing…read moresoon the return would not be processed until the next morning and I would be emailed a receipt. Seeing as they were not closing until 5 PM I never should have left. I received my receipt this morning with $52.50 added to it for 15 gallons of gasoline($3.50 a gallon). I called and stated that I returned the truck with a full tank of gas. I was told by the woman who answered the phone that she would check and call me back in about 5 minutes. Instead of receiving a call back I received a new receipt via email with the gas charges removed. I checked my bank account only to see that I had been charged again. I called to question this and was told that it is company policy to refund the charges and recharge. I explained that you cannot do that with a debit card as it holds the funds for at least 72 hours. She then stated that she didn't know that the card was a debit card. If she had called me I could have let her know this. Don't go here, they're only trying to pull one over on you.
