The place has a sign it is under new ownership. It's clean and the staff was friendly as I approached the counter to drop off my box and quickly got attended to with good customer service and given a receipt for tracking. It appears to have all the services (boxes, packaging materials, copier for printing documents, design & print customized products, mailboxes, etc.) of a traditional UPS store, even though it is not huge.
