A single guy working inside, the racks of boxes to the right was impressive. The store is very clean, and the Amazon no-box return I had in hand was quick and efficient, once the person ahead of me was done with their damage return. Convenient and two entrances. Plus open on a Sunday, which was nice as not all UPS stores are. read more

UPS did not ring my doorbell while I was home, to deliver a package requiring signature. I opted to have them leave it at this UPS location. I called Steve, asking him to keep an eye out, so it did not get sent back to the sender. Steve was so helpful, calling the next day, told me not to worry, my package had indeed been delivered to them and they would await my picking it up. He was very nice, very helpful! An unfortunate truth about some fees, you are paying for the convenience of having them help you. You can always go somewhere else if you are not happy with them. I went to get a simple letter notarized, and was charged $45! What a ripoff! I have NEVER paid that much to get a document notarized. It was a $2 notary fee and a $43 "notary convenience fee." I have never had a good experience at this store and am angry at myself for going back after bad experiences. Never again. Do not go here, it is a huge ripoff. read more

Just left this location. I normally go to the Morristown or Cedar Knolls location. They had the nerve to charge $3.00 for an UPS letter envelope LMAO. I've never paid for these and is response was "rent has to be paid". Excuse me sir?!? He wasn't pleasant at all and I definitely won't be returning here!!! New Jersey has a law that a notary's fee in the state is capped at $2.50. Per some research via the internet, most UPS stores in NJ charge a $12.50 convenience fee costing you $15 total. This store (notary present when I visited appears to be owner Nate) charges a $43 convenience fee, making one signature worth $45+. Now it's totally their perogative and when I was taken aback by this, I was allowed to leave and take business elsewhere of course, but this is an excessive fee. Look elsewhere for your notary needs! They did however white out the signature spot on my form where I had signed online but this took them less than 2 minutes and a $43 convenience fee is definitely not worth it in my opinion! Just sharing my thoughts in case you were thinking about coming here! I was in desperate need of a notary so not sure if this was their standard convenience fee or they were trying to take advantage of me but just a warning that they have an (in my opinion) excessive convenience fee! read more
