The Postal employees are always friendly and service is quick. Not a big location, however the window service area has mostly all the standard supplies and greeting card stand you need to send your packages on their way. Don't forget to get your Forever stamps, so you can save money when they raise the prices at a later date. Also, they have Post Office boxes available and accessible 24/7.

But even so, always noticed issues. My assessment: the new owner was misled about the state of the equipment. These people appear to have bought it in good faith from a guy who always had issues with equipment but returned cash if needed. But he was def keeping it functional using bubblegum, caulk and paint. Clean, but not working well. For YEARS. It seems the new owner wasnt told the place is held together by bubblegum, caulk and paint. I hope this new fella is ok with so many repairs- and I'm sorry for him. But it seems he thinks it's a crazy state of affairs as well. I'm hopeful!

The place has been cleaned from ceiling to floor (new paint was going up while I took care of my tasks). In fact, once on property I met Darren and Suzie, the owners. Incredibly nice folks... that is when I decided to remove the old business from Yelp and add this new one. Their drive to make improvements is amazing. If you are someone that respects the honest reviews of a Yelp Elite, well then, I highly recommend this business. If you come here you will find it as I did... clean and well organized. If you are local and you are an avid book reader, please consider this location as a drop off location for your previously read materials, as they are building a Book Nook. I shipped from Annandale, a large box with Christmas presents to Alpharetta, GA and when the package arrived, 2 days late, the packing tape was ripped off and the box open. The presents were unwrapped and one of them missing. I honestly believe someone was Christmas shopping in my package. It is a federal crime to tamper with mail and when I filed a complaint with the postal service, I received no response. I'm sure nothing will come of my complaint, but beware, there are thieves working for the postal service. I will only mail letters through the post office, packages will be shipped with UPS or FEDEX.
