I decided to come here to see how their services worked, and oh boy was I disappointed. First of…read moreall I had to call them about two times to see if my art work was done yet. The first time it wasn't in the system, and the second time they told me that the bigger pieces had to dry, which I understood so I came in later that day. But, when I got home and really looked at my pieces, I saw that some parts of the art work was cut off, and I'm not talking about corners here. I'm talking about words and important elements of the piece where cut of. Also, some of the font was slightly pixelated if I looked at it closely. And finally, some of my art pieces came back looking either very saturated, slightly muggy looking, or kind of blurry. I wouldn't recommend going here, they charge a pretty high price for doing a terrible job. On another note, when I called them to complain and have my art redone, the person who I talked on the phone with told me that the one who originally printed my stuff should be the one I should talk to. I didn't bother calling back, used the pieces that where good in my portfolio, and took my business elsewhere.

Great place to get your important documents shredded. A dollar a pound unless it's over 100 pounds…read morethen it's 75 cents a pound. They also recycle your paper. We had 20 pounds worth of documents needing shredding they shredded it right in front of us! Super quick! and about 50 pounds of paper (old school notes, etc) that they recycled for us. That's not all! They also took lots of old Text books. They buy new ones from you but anything over a year or 2 they don't buy. They leave them out front and if no one takes them after a certain amount of days they recycle them. How great is that! Very nice, friendly and helpful! I called ahead of time to make sure they shredded papers and the lady on the phone was so helpful she gave me great instructions on how to get there. Will definitely go back and use there services and tell all our friends and family!

I have been coming to this location since 2006 when my family located to Mendham. When Perfectly…read morePressed opened, I was worried about having to build trust with a new cleaner - my worries were for naught! These guys have surpassed every expectation and are head and shoulders better than the previous cleaner at this site (whom I had found to be satisfactory, so that is no slight to them). I trust Perfectly Pressed with not only my day-to-day wear but also my bespoke and luxury suiting. Admittedly, it seems like I always find a way to get food or drink on my clothing and each incident seems to be more egregious than the last; every time Perfectly Pressed has stepped up to the challenge and managed to remove the substance and prevent a stain. Beyond the exceptional quality of service, the customer service is second to none. The owners are always on site and always greet me by name. The friendly and hospitable atmosphere is extremely appreciated and makes me want to check-in more often rather than wait to drop off a month's worth of cleaning at a time; I find myself stopping in almost every week to say hi and make sure all of my options are Perfectly Pressed and in my closet! I would recommend their service to anyone - nothing is too delicate or expensive to trust with Perfectly Pressed!

I shipped from Annandale, a large box with Christmas presents to Alpharetta, GA and when the package arrived, 2 days late, the packing tape was ripped off and the box open. The presents were unwrapped and one of them missing. I honestly believe someone was Christmas shopping in my package. It is a federal crime to tamper with mail and when I filed a complaint with the postal service, I received no response. I'm sure nothing will come of my complaint, but beware, there are thieves working for the postal service. I will only mail letters through the post office, packages will be shipped with UPS or FEDEX.
