You have to deliver the mail. You signed up for it so do it. Our carrier of 15 years was pleasant and kind. We helped him as he helped us. This new carrier is nothing but a damn complainer with threats of not going to deliver our mail And we can go pick it up. Your truck is too close to the box. Ok so we loved it. Relax and do your job. I had to send a package to Boston, so I stopped by around 11 AM on a weekday. The store was almost empty -- probably not as busy as the other USPS nearby -- good for me because there was zero wait time. The place is small but has all the usual services, including passports. I spoke with the staff member for a couple of minutes, and he seemed very friendly and helpful. They also have a locker facility, and there's plenty of parking. It's municipal parking, I think, and just a block off the main road in Lincoln Park

More than 50% of the vinyl records I order that come from this post office, arrive damage. Today,…read morethey decided to open the box and the records apparently fell on the ground due to the corners being damage, while there was no shipping damage on the box. They cut the sealing tape, and simply put a rubber band around the box and dropped it off. This is the 3rd time they opened my mail. Of which, 2 orders they damaged. 3 additional records were also damaged by them. On several occasions, the records were thrown at the front door and scattered all over by the front entrance way. I'll be talking to the post master on Monday. They are costing me money with very difficult records to aquire. Oh, several of my bills didn't arrive last month either.

The woman that is here 90% of the time is a rude, attitude filled, and impatient woman. She has short hair just above her shoulders and glasses. I know she has been here for years and I'm not even sure why. I'm shock no one has put up a review on how she has no manners. She rushes customers while they try and figure how to send their mail. She orders customers to "can you just click the screen? It doesn't concern you." She even cuts customers off as they are speaking and/ or asking a question. Honestly if I ever get a chance I will call her boss and explain the HORRIBLE experience she gives me every time. No one.... I'm done with her mannerless attitude!

Door was open, no staff in sight for five minutes. When someone finally appeared, I asked about my package. Turns out it had been sitting untouched on their floor since Tuesday.
