Our local UPS service center closed down for retail customers and I need location for package sending/returning. I searched around and found Track 7 in town. They are always very friendly and happy to help with any return packages for UPS, USPS, Fedex. Really convenient. Great local business. read more

The fast and friendly service is bar none! Every single staff member (Family Business) is absolutely polite and kind. They always go above and beyond to meet your every need at more than beyond fair price. Everything from faxing, printing, and emailing just a few of the services they provide. Trak7 is an awesome business. read more

I've been going here for years. Everyone who works there is very accommodating to my needs and whoever is infront of me. If you're local and ship frequently through the big 3, this is the spot. read more

I have used Track 7 on many occasions , they were a reliable service,. Today was a different matter. Ms Patterson was unexplainably rude from the min I walked in w/ the package, saying she could't help me before I could ask for her assistance in returning the package. Guess she has ESP. read more

I purchased some things from an auction house who referred me to Track7 to get shipped to NYC. I contacted them, detailing the items, for a quote. They replied that they could not quote with out picking up the items, but "would be happy to return them if I was not happy with the price". I said it was fine to pick up but that I wanted to ship them the cheapest way possible. They replied next day with a price for packing and separate shipping by UPS or Fedex Ground. I ship many things my self, and checked price by USPS which was less than 1/2 of the shipping quoted. I asked if I could pay them for the packing and send them my own label if they could not use usps. "We do not allow that" was the reply. Ok, fine...I asked them to take back to the auction house, still offered to pay the packing, then got several snippy messages that they had already dropped off, insinuating I was trying to stiff them for the packing! I was worried from reading some of the other reviews that the stuff would not be packed well and broken, but it was so absurdly over packed, a box with in a box and everything folded into huge sheets of stacked paper, an lot of waste. read more

Track 7ships .. Eileen Patterson and her rude son I went to track 7ships ships to ship a package Eileen Patterson was behind the counter I then said very politely I emailed you the shipping label. I gave her the timestamp my email address and the subject matter she glanced at the computer for a second and repeatedly, telling me in a rude on professional matter. She did not receive my email. I then proceeded to tell her in a polite way. I then told her the email went through. It was in my sent box and I did not get a failed mail notification notice. She proceeded to tell me she hasn't received it. This was the second time she insisted I did not send her the email. She was very very rude and unprofessional and then her son chimed in and started screaming at me in a very loud voice. I don't know how to use my cell phone I know how to use my cell phone email label was sent it's in my sent box and I did not receive a fail. Notice. They proceeded to scream and yell at me told me never to come back into the store, threw me out and proceeded to phone the police. I would advise anyone to use a different shipping company in Warwick New York. They are extremely unprofessional rude. I've never in my life have been treated like this. She proceeded to tell me that there's complaints about me on Facebook, I told her I think she has me mistaken with someone else I've never been on Facebook. She proceeded to say get out. I'm calling the police. Apparently she has been mistaken for someone else. I try to explain it but realize how crazy and inappropriate she was acting and walked out of the store. I then phoned track 7 ships Eileen, Patterson answered the phone. They had no idea I was recording the conversation again they her and her son, screaming at me, telling me that they did not receive any email don't ever come into the store again, and I tried to tell them that the phone calls being recorded but they were both screaming so loud and over talking me that they didn't realize it was being recorded. I believe this woman has psychotic issues and her son I've believe they should not be in this business handling customer service. I am traumatized and devastated about the way she treated me and I'm thinking about suing her for harassment. read more

I have never had an experience like going to Track 7. The woman in charge verbally assaulted me from the moment I got on her property. I had a return via FedEx. The package was delivered to me by FedEx. As I was bringing the package in, She said it was "Way to Heavy to take. It was 60 lbs. As I tried to explain who delivered the package. She cut me off and said FedEx won't take it. She was Rude and unprofessional. I called FedEx and had to drive to New Jersey to ship the package by FedEx. I would be embarrassed to have employees treat customers in that manner. I strongly recommend using other shipping locations. read more

This service is absolutely horrible! I received my item broken into pieces because of unprofessional packaging and lock of experience. But what even worse instead of trying to resolve the problem and at least apologize they just said it happens and that in their mind was the end of the story. But in fact it's not. If you trying to get something fragile simply go somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and don't get into the situation they've put me in. read more

Track 7 Postal Center - Shipping Centers Near Me - Warwick, New York

I mail my Amazon returns from here and I have only been met with the best of service. They try to do everything for me (tape, labels, etc) and if I had to wait for only a few seconds because they were helping another customer on the phone, they apologized for the wait. Never a long wait! Their team members are absolutely sweet. Every time. -- So i was very surprised with some of the reviews I found here. Anyone can have a bad day.. but please don't take it out on someone or in this case an exceptionally friendly local business! read more

Convenient location. Ship with all major carriers. No charge for tape. Why would you go elsewhere?

Poor customer service - ignored emails - received damaged contents due to the absence of any packing materials. Refused to take responsibility for the damage read more

Great service and great team! Many time I've run in the shop at the last minute right around their closing time and they've always been nice, received me with a smile and, what's most important never tried to push my package to the next day but on the contrary made sure it was going out on that day. They're definitely on top of their game! read more

The folks at Track 7 are amazing, polite and helpful. Having this local establishment has been a godsend especially in these crazy times.

Track 7 is an excellent local business! the quality of the prints are always excellent! Not only is Eileen lovely and very easy to work with but the generosity that has been extended to Warwick Playground Dreams (and other local non-profits) is truly altruistic. Thank you Track 7! read more

So overpriced, don't hand your wallet to these people they totally riped me off. They give you a guestimate and then the real deal. Whatever your do, DON'T go here! read more

I went here to get fingerprinted and the woman that runs this place was the absolute rudest person I have ever met in my life. I would not reccomend this business and would give it zero stars if I could. Do yourself a favor an stay away from Track 7. read more

Track 7 is the only place in Warwick to do your shipping. Twice, these guys came to my rescue- with prices and services that can't be beat!! The first time I received outstanding customer service was about 3 weeks after my eldest daughter began college about 3 hours upstate. She called me, sick with a terrible cold. I prepared her a few containers of homemade chicken soup and froze them, then headed down to Track 7 for suggestions. Betsy exclaimed "I've got it!!" then disappeared into the back- only to return moments later with the perfect sized cooler another customer had left behind :) My daughter had her Momma's soup the very next morning- thanks to Betsy at Track 7!! Our second remarkable experience with Track 7 was when the same child got her first apartment- now 6 hours upstate at her new school. She needed all her "stuff" from home - from small appliances to soy sauce and everything in between. The box weighed about 125 lbs., and my husband mistakenly called another Warwick shipper to tell them we were on the way, and clearly knew he didn't call Track 7 when he was received with an attitude, like he was bothering the people, and a price quote that sounded like a car payment!! We packed the box in the car- headed to Track 7 and were received with the most helpful services I have ever received from a shipping company- EVER- and I have been an eBay seller since 2000- I ship a lot. Ken priced the box and offered to tape it up much better than we had for no extra charge, but soon realized together with Betsy that if they repackaged the box into smaller ones, and did things a little differently- I would save a lot of money. So more time for them- and less money. This, my friends, is OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE ~ and that's not really something you can put a price tag on- however if you must- AT PRICES THAT ARE A FRACTION OF THE COMPETITION. read more

Ken and Betsy are among the most personable, customer service oriented people I have worked with. They are central to running my business.

"Take it to Track 7!" has always been a phrase often used in my house. Whether we forgot something at home and frantically called our parents to ship it to us 300 miles away, or we were away at college and received a care package--you'd always know that it was sent from there because of the care they put in to shipping. I highly recommend supporting locally owned businesses especially this one because they understand that what your shipping may not just be a gift return, but something that has sentimental value and they make sure that it is in good hands and is well taken care of. read more

These guys are great! They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. I ship with them to insure good delivery, have copied and faxed when my electric was out and they didn't charge me. A true community minded business, that takes care of their neighbors! Bravo! read more

Went to Track 7 based on a recommendation of a friend. Not only was I impressed with how pleasant they were to deal with, but they went out of their way to find me the best way to ship returns I had from the holidays! The fact that they are so active in the community (with their support of the Humane Society, collection of food for the Warwick Food Pantry, collection of toys for the Angel tree, etc), it made me feel good about giving them my business! They are also a drop off center for UPS, USPS, DHL and Fed Ex, so that makes it so convenient too! I do not understand some of the review left prior to me -- I have had nothing but positive experiences! Give them a try! read more

Track 7 has helped our business many times over!! The owners are professional, helpful and extremely efficient. On more than one occasion, a package that was sent was misplaced or, unable to be delivered (due to the carrier) and Track 7 made sure that we were covered and that everything got delivered to the right place. Additionally, they have been extremely important supporters of various charitable programs around the community - including food drives, holiday toy/gift/clothing etc etc. Our business knows that Track 7 is the way to go! read more

The 1 stars are inaccurate representations of this business. I use Betsy and Ken for work all the time and I've never ever had a problem. Just yesterday I dropped off an obnoxiously large box full of letters (for a mailing, there were 57 envelopes) and Betsy was great about getting them all out and e-mailing me a receipt - which included the names and addresses of each letter I mailed out and I was not expecting that. I'm so grateful for this business. They save me so much aggravation and time since I never deal with the post office anymore. I've also never found them to be expensive - in fact, I've wondered how they even manage to make a living. But anyway. Betsy and Ken sure won't give you a cuddle and a kiss when you walk in the door, but it's a mailing center - how friendly do you expect them to be? They get the job done and they do it well and in a timely manner. And the more often I go the warmer they receive me - welcome to a small town. That's how it works. read more

I saw some older reviews about rude staff, and I wanted to write a new review because I know there was a management change a little while ago. Every time I've gone in, each person who is behind the counter has gone above and beyond to help me. I seriously love this place! read more

Betsy and Ken are very friendly and helpful! They gave me an accurate estimate and created a custom box for my large 30x40 inch painting, keeping it within the dimensions it need to be to keep the cost down, but still ensuring the painting was protected and safe for shipment to Canada. Highly recommend them. read more

This company helps every time I need to ship a package, from packing it with care to creating a label with fed ex or ups or usps. Great service! My go-to every time! read more

We've had a great relationship with Ken and Betsey. They were even kind enough to extend to us some credit when the economy turned sour. BUT...they then disclosed the existence of our credit line and the frequency with which we picked up our mail with a member of the public. Not cool! We don't think they were being vindictive or anything, just a little too gossipy. Great folks, but we wary of your privacy. Too much of your private info may be shared with God knows who. read more

I went into this location, With a simple question If they would Tell me packaging and bubblewrap, In which they made me wait over 20 minutes To find out if they could ship my item, Even though that was not my request. Quaint little place to ship something or to send a fax. The woman at the desk was very friendly (actually it was kind of Mr. Rogers-esque). Multiple deliverymen dropped by and she knew all of them by name, as well as another customer who came in behind me. Very neighborly. I had to send a few faxes but I only had a credit card on me and Betsy (she introduced herself) let me use it for all of two bucks, which is nice. She also sent another fax for free when I realized I was using the wrong number. Totally better than going to Kinko's. Will recommend. read more
