She said we are closing in 5 minutes so we won't have time for you. There were two other people in there, and two behind the counter. The Post Office I went I asked what they would do if 10 people walked in 5 minutes before closing, and they said at 5pm they close the doors and they would take care of everyone. To make matters more stressful I was leaving the Country on a flight, but happy I made it to the local Post Office - however, a strong work ethic was not common at the Augusta, NJ Postal Service.

After waiting for first mail to be delivered over 1 month, I went back and spoke with the post master and was told to use the global express, which botched too. Local mail would have gotten to the destination quicker than 1 month but I wanted the mail to get there earlier and I paid twice for the services offered and was suggested. I later call their 1800 number and was told that those services were not offered in Jamaica. I returned and also wrote to get a refund and was decline. The jeans are still not what I asked for. I had to contact The store owner, Steven, who told me he would only give me a refund if I give him a 5 star review on Google and Yelp. I agreed. He gave me a check with a refund for the service and the jeans and he also kept the jeans. I deposited the check then he called the bank and put a stop payment on the check & revoked the funds. I have updated the reviews to explain exactly my experience.

I honestly did not wait long at all and I did not have an appointment. I tried getting an appointment but they were literally booked for the rest of this year so I took my chances. From the time I got my ticket till they actually called me, It was only about 45 minutes plus the 20 minutes I waited outside. They were actually really friendly took my information l, took my picture and I was on my way. I also renewed my license even though I had two years left because you get half off if you do it early, so that was nice. Definitely word of advice. Get there before it opens and have all your information. All in all wasn't too bad.
