After waiting for first mail to be delivered over 1 month, I went back and spoke with the post master and was told to use the global express, which botched too. Local mail would have gotten to the destination quicker than 1 month but I wanted the mail to get there earlier and I paid twice for the services offered and was suggested. I later call their 1800 number and was told that those services were not offered in Jamaica. I returned and also wrote to get a refund and was decline. She greeted him fondly and then left my transaction half-finished to go retrieve the mail for him. This took up a lot of my valuable time as she handed him multiple packages. I politely expressed my concern about the situation, but she replied that this was their usual practice. I conveyed my dissatisfaction, stating that it was both unfair and discourteous. Her response was simply, "That's just how things are here." After she finished processing my transaction, she selected the "happy face" icon to rate her own service before handing me the receipt. I told her it was unfair for her to rate her own performance, but she didn't respond.
