I later call their 1800 number and was told that those services were not offered in Jamaica. I returned and also wrote to get a refund and was decline. However, the statements made by each phone rep, each pre-installation inspector, and the actual installer were stunningly different. I got close to what I requested and all that I needed, but whether that would happen was touch and go for almost a week and not finalized until after the installer was in my driveway. Again trying to charge me $5.199 per gallon when the national average is $2.75 per gallon and Pennsylvania (where I live) is $3.144. Do yourself a favor and stay away from the lies and price gouging and go with a reputable company. There's a reason they have a 1.5 star rating and have multiple class action suits against them

She greeted him fondly and then left my transaction half-finished to go retrieve the mail for him. This took up a lot of my valuable time as she handed him multiple packages. I politely expressed my concern about the situation, but she replied that this was their usual practice. I conveyed my dissatisfaction, stating that it was both unfair and discourteous. Her response was simply, "That's just how things are here." After she finished processing my transaction, she selected the "happy face" icon to rate her own service before handing me the receipt. I told her it was unfair for her to rate her own performance, but she didn't respond.

Staff is courteous and helpful, never had a bad experience in there, was always treated first class.read more
