We had laughs and very comfortable setting. The owner Cindy, was very nice, she smiles and has an approachable great attitude. A pleasant environment to shop in. She has machines to sell and use while learning. She has a tiny area but very nice to find things you need and offer many types of courses to learn. The local stores next to her use her fabrics and have sewing done thru her and they all say shes nice. Who knew about this place. She does embroidering on her fancy new machine for pillows etc what ever you want. who knew. when you have a serger it is hard to find needles and people who fix things etc she even printed me out a manual a $35.00 cost usually, which I dint get with mine as it was a used one a friend gave it to me. She did this for free as she is a nice person and very helpful.

Went to visit this store during the Warwick Apple Festival and was met with extremely poor service…read moreand an unexpected surcharge on my purchase. We browsed the store for a bit and found 2 pieces to purchase. Nothing massively expensive or large, the bill total was around $500, so it also wasn't exactly a tiny amount. Once we had finished browsing, we requested to pay and were left standing around waiting. One of the salespersons asked us if we wanted to see anything and we replied there were two items behind the desk we had chosen and we just wanted to pay. We were met with a blank stare and I don't think she actually heard us. Meanwhile the salesperson who had been assisting us was walking around the store asking if anyone needed help, as we stood there clearly within her view by the register waiting to pay. The other person went into the back and the woman who had helped us select our pieces proceeded to help someone else and even ring her her $95 purchase as we continued to stand there waiting to check out. Then finally she retrieved our pieces and proceeded to ring us up. When I saw the total, I asked if there was some additional tax outside of the normal Orange County 8.125% tax as the bill was higher than expected. I was then told there is a surcharge for credit card payments....after my card had already been swiped and approved! So basically this store charged me an additional 4% on top of the sales price without notifying me or asking if I preferred to pay cash to avoid the fee. I was also told that 'this is normal and happens everywhere.' Are you kidding me? Last time I checked, it is ILLEGAL to do this without CLEAR SIGNAGE posted at the point of payment. I did not see any clear signs and only saw this AFTER I PAID on my receipt. Frankly that is incredibly shady, poor business and just plain wrong. It's not a massive amount of money, but it's the principle of the matter. I left with a very bad taste in my mouth and will be sure to spread the word locally to friends and family as this is not ok and would recommend they keep walking to the competition down the street for equally nice pieces with fair business practices. Oh and to add further insult to injury, looking at their site to place orders, there is no 'credit card surcharge' listed. Absolutely horrendous.

It cost us almost $2000, but it turned out to be super disappointing. The design and color were totally different. we refused to pay the rest at first, since the owner promised to fix the issue. Then we gave them the money. HOWEVER, he NEVER showed up. Even we have scheduled an appointment and my husband took half day off and waited for him, but he cancelled in the last minute. The staff is so rude and curtain looks so cheap but cost thousand of dollars! NEVER EVER choose this design company!

The installer "Scott" is incredibly professional and experienced. My order was custom Sheers, Blinds, and Shutters. There were some hiccups with the order but the owner "Bruce Heyman" is top notch. He was very helpful and resolved any issue quickly. He truly cares about his customers and wants to make sure they are satisfied. Overall, the product and installation was 100% to my satisfaction. The same installer who completed the measurements also completed the installation. Everything was measured and installed properly and looks great.
