I did spend $50 but it was so worth! While also finding out my meniscus was torn, he asked how I was doing and wished me all the best in my recovery! I couldn't have asked for better service. I felt like I matter and I'm so happy and pleased to have met Nick! Also thank you so much to your rockstar seamstress. I will return back and not with another rush job lol

My daughter got her varsity jacket at JR's. It took several months to get it after ordering. When…read morethe jacket arrived, they forgot to include some lettering on the jacket, which we had paid to have put on it. The lettering in question was listed on the sales receipt but I guess that part of the order didn't get copied over to the order to their supplier. She was disappointed. They said they would take care of it and we took them at their word. That was back in October. Called multiple times and was told "We will check and call you back". Not a single phone call back. So here we are in May. I finally went there in person and they said the forgotten letters were a special order. I don't believe they ever ordered the letters they forgot to put on the jacket. They gave me the money back for the letters they forgot and I got an insincere apology, I'm sorry, but if you screw up a customer's order, you should take responsibility to fix it in a timely fashion. We are talking about a varsity jacket that was over $400, not a $10 t-shirt. 7 months is not acceptable. My son will be in the high school in a couple of years. If he is fortunate enough to be on a varsity team, we will NOT be doing business with JR's.
