-First Impression- not a small store if you don't know exactly what you're looking for. It will take forever to find it. -Service- I've only been to this store twice and both times I've received absolutely zero acknowledgment or assistance from anyone working there. Thankfully, the general locations of the items can be found on the website, otherwise I would've been in there forever while the employees talk amongst themselves and ignore the customers. -Price- I only came to this store because I figured they would have all of the craft items I needed for a particular project, come to find out they were more than a few dollars higher than if I got them in other stores separately. -Did Not Like- see service... -Noteworthy- nothing -Recommend- NO! read more

It's amusing how everything is always 50% off every time we go into the store. They do win when it comes to seasonal items and decorations.

Michaels left me hanging. They sold me a defective, off the floor year old Frigidaire refrigerator. I have had nothing but problems with it since it was delivered - mainly freezing my fresh food. The service department has gotten pictures of an entire half of a watermelon, frozen solid, on a shelf o in my refrigerator. Although service was sent out continually they could never solve the problem . They could have replaced my refrigerator for much less than they have spent on service and parts. I have given up on them- they are always very professional, but in the end, do nothing. I have ice on the bottom of my refrigerator- not the freezer- and it runs hot and then cold. Luckily there is another appliance store working with me and this old customer of Michael's is done with them forever. read more

Now that AC Moore is closed, Michael's is my go to for all art supplies, DIY and decor. Mostly everything is on sale and they always seem to have a coupon available online. They pretty much have everything one would need for a creative project. I couldn't believe they still had a bunch of Christmas decorations and supplies still for sale. Usually they have employees working on the floor and available to ask questions but I didn't see anyone today and only one checkout person so I'm assuming they are probably short staffed too. The store is super clean and the aisles are quite wide. A much better store then AC Moore for sure!! read more

Not a bad Michaels- not my favorite but definitely not bad. Fairly organized and easy to find different items.always check out their dollar section for random things you may or may not need. Michael's typically has coupons available online or through email if you are a rewards member so be sure to check that before making your purchase. In the back right of this store they did have a section of random discounted odds and ends .... Nothing of interest to me but curious to see if it ever changes and what is there over time. read more

Couldn't pass up on this location. I am always looking to add more yarn to my collection plus I love looking at other types of projects I can try to start. So far, I have had nothing but great experiences with this chain store. This store in general is as large as any other Michael's location I have been too. I really enjoy looking around and the staff is always really helpful when I ask for help. Before buying anything check out their website for discount coupons. I like Michaels stores. They have so much stuff. And pretty much always what I am looking for or did not know I was looking for. This location is no exception. Easy parking, pleasant staff, rarely crowded. They always have great coupons in the Sunday paper. Or join the club and get them emailed to you. read more

Great location, tons of parking. It is absolutely a pleasure to shop here. I often go and the store is neat organized and the staff is very pleasant. I love to craft and although there are plenty of other stores that provide accessibility of supplies for your crafting needs, Michael's always has a great selection and prices are always accommodating. Now here is the kicker why they are not getting 5 stars. They have a funny employee practice that I have noticed on several occasions during shopping. When ever an employee leaves on break or for the day there personal bags get checked, right by the exiting door which is strange considering that shoppers are standing on line waiting to be tended to. I know that this practice is legal, however I believe it should be done in private and away from consumers prying eyes. read more

I found this Michael's to be unclean and messy. There are never enough shopping carts as well. Most of the staff are unhelpful as they seem to not be familiar with their products. read more
