This shop is beautiful with a wide selection but the salesperson couldn't have been more disinterested in me. She helped me find a pattern, pointed me to the appropriate yarn and pulled together the accessories but was unfriendly and clearly bored. Now after 2 weeks, I find that she read the pattern wrong and sold me half of the required yarn which I will now have to find online and hopefully match. I won't be returning here.

It's also a good place to shop if you're looking for some light-colored minimalistic themed decorations and wares. They also have some lotions, body oils, clothes, and jewelry. They even had a staff member dedicated to ensuring the store didn't run over the covid capacity. We much prefer these little local businesses to large box stores. If I could, I would shop strictly from small local businesses. They are a dying breed thanks to the likes of Walmart, etc, and we'll all soon be working minimum wage at a big box store. Come shop your friendly local stores and don't let that happen.

Frazzleberries associates, every single one, loves the customer and the products they offer. Every item I've ever purchased has gone the extra mile for me as has the associates. Last week I went in to get fall season candle. I found exactly what I was looking for. The associate even checked and got me 2 more when I asked if more was available. Additionally, all 3 were taken to register for proper wrapping and shopping bag to insure no breakage. Frazzleberries is fair and reasonable. It brings exactly the old time shopping experience I grew up with. They offer a points type/coupon program based on spend to provide added value to the customer. They accept cash and credit cards. Walking into the store immediately it's clear that the owners are artists themselves with a discerning eye for colors, textures, and design compositions. They sell a variety of art supplies and stationary and also hold art classes. The product displays included not only the products themselves but also samples of art that could be created with them. Mini pages of dabbled watercolors lent an air of inspiration with their translucent ombré tones. Dried flowers and twigs, bright warm-shades of fall leaves brought nature into the store and made prime still life subject matter. You could tell the owners put a lot of creative energy and passion into this space. Though I didn't have much direct interaction with the staff, I overheard them helping other customers and providing recommendations. Definitely recommend stopping by in Cold Spring.
