So this is a tough one to review. If there is nobody in the store then the employees are happy and…read morecheerful, you don't have to climb over boxes and boxes and boxes laying around, and you're in and out in minutes. If there is ANY type of business or rush then it's the worst place in New Windsor to be. What makes it worse is that the manager (who sits in the back 9/10 times) doesn't come out to help the other two employees trying to clear the line. I've noticed this the more I've gone here, and I know she has come out from behind a desk and scanned pre-printed labels on a computer which is to the right just passed the copy machines. But I guess she only does that if she wants to... Otherwise she just sits in the back while the two employees get slammed and the line is so long that it wraps around the store. This can be difficult since there are excess number of boxes laying around everywhere. God forbid if you have PO box or a mailbox there you have to get to you have to climb over everyone's returns and boxes. One time at Christmas the line was so long it literally went to the door and wrapped around the table twice like a snake coiling up! This is not how you're supposed to handle business, and the manager doesn't seem to care or else she'd come out from behind the desk and help out her co-workers.

I live in the Southwest and had no idea that a family member would pass away unexpectedly. Suddenly, I was tasked with planning a funeral and creating the program, obituary, and thank-you cards -- all from afar. After finding Minuteman Press through a Google search, Amanda and Carrie immediately stepped in to help bring my ideas to life. There were moments when I was completely at a loss for what to do, but they patiently guided me through every detail -- from paper choices and fonts to wording and layout. They approached my situation with professionalism, compassion, and genuine kindness. On days when I broke down in tears, these two incredible women surrounded me with support. The final product wasn't just good -- it was exceptional. It brought me to tears. When I needed additional items at the last minute, they worked tirelessly to ensure everything was perfect. Though it has taken me seven months to write this review, I wanted Amanda and Carrie to know they were truly my lifesavers. This is not just a printing business -- they helped bring my loved one's memory to life. My family and I are forever grateful for Minuteman Press of Wappingers Falls. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any of your printing needs.
