The lady at the front desk was kind of mad, because she said that she was not going to be able to use it. instead of focusing in my bussines cards, she made me paid $.50 cents for the cup! OMG! They definitely lost my bussines, my family's and friends, because common! It's just a cup. And even that I appologized. she didn't care.

Don't let this happen to you I will discuss three major issues I had without going into detail about the many , and continuous serious problems that had while working with "Major N Minor" CEO Ethan Dao, and his assistant Pam. . For a custom Website they are not worth the hassle. Everything they do is half ass backwards. They are by NO MEANS -Web Designers- THEY MAKE CONTINUOUS ERRORS they Do not Map the project out to prevent simple production errors . These errors purposely lead them to go over budget, and inevitably they STOP the project ; by their own fault (IGNORANCE).. They outsource their work to a third party web- engineers in India and things get lost in the interpretation especially when the owners do not have a through understanding of what they are doing in the first place. They never complete things in a timely fashion 30-90 days.....my site is not finished a year and a half later; my site is now rendered inoperable for product owners functionality. Sure the shell looks good but it doesn't do the work it was meant to, no continuity, or meaningful flow, certainly not worth a penny when I paid thousands for. They even made things more difficult instead of making one template for multiple choices and fill in the blanks they decided to make several different versions only changing text and placement of information so it would vary throughout the site. This made the site confusing for users, and in the long run it was time consuming to maintain and difficult to track each page to make needed changes. Ethan the CEO wanted to charge me extra because I caught their mistakes .WHAT A MESS! Another error "Major" error that they saw as a "Minor" one: For contact information they formatted state, city and zip code who does that? instead of the standard ..... city, state, and zip code! They informed me that he city, state, search method would over load the search and impossible to do ; red flag in itself. I purchased a Custom website for them to attach-post their logo to my site for the purpose of free advertisement. When my site is one sided; the product owner back end does not work.
