After discussing our needs we went back to our office sent back a rough idea of what we wanted and Chris eventually fine tuned our details and we approved them for production. Id say sometime around mid Feb. We were told a couple of weeks max to receive everything. Well two weeks, three weeks passed with excuse after excuse. Broken equipment, new software learning curve, illness, on and on. At some point something was produced but wrong. Truck signs weren't as per our design, not trimmed as discussed, missed red stars on the white truck signs, etc. Apologies galore but poor results. Yard signs were the only product made as discussed. So we were told that because of the problems your shop was experiencing with equip and software the project was being farmed out to your Danbury associates and we would have them back in about a week at a drastically reduced cost. Well that was 6 weeks ago. I called and asked Chris last week and wanted an update and answers. He was going to look into it and get back to me. That was 6 days ago. I don't know how you stay in business if this is standard operation. Horrible service, poor product, disingenuous and evasive. I'd appreciate some answers on when we can expect our properly produced truck signs. I'll look for a call in about a month. Sad.

They never stay the same size after washing, the print quality stinks and they're shipped from China. When we did a special hoodie fundraiser, we chose American Icon. Wow. What a difference. We received excellent customer service and A+ communication from Jesse throughout the entire customization and order process. The finished product arrived SUPER fast and in flawless condition. Everyone loves their camp hoodies, they say its the softest sweatshirt they own! Our experience with American Icon has been the epitome of why "Buying American" is so important. I'd definitely suggest checking out the website to see examples of our work, but we have a pretty impressive client list, including the up-and-coming brand Glamour Kills, a lot of bands that are established or are on the rise, and a lot of the big BMX companies on the East Coast. The bosses are top-notch dudes, the prices are reasonable, and the prints are second to none. When you come to American Icon, you're going to get great work done, and zero bullshit.
