They are easy to work with and flexible. Prices are decent and in line with the rest of the printers in the area. They have a full menu of standard and even special services. They also seem very customer-driven. I know we've gone in there a few times right after closing time and they've always been very gracious and gotten stuff done, though we were the ones who didn't plan ahead. Much better than dealing with some of the other big box places like Office Depot. These guys actually want you to come in and spend money at their business. In what to me seems like a pretty commoditized market, they use customer service as the thing that sets them apart.

I'd definitely suggest checking out the website to see examples of our work, but we have a pretty impressive client list, including the up-and-coming brand Glamour Kills, a lot of bands that are established or are on the rise, and a lot of the big BMX companies on the East Coast. The bosses are top-notch dudes, the prices are reasonable, and the prints are second to none. When you come to American Icon, you're going to get great work done, and zero bullshit. If there were questions, Andy called me to make sure he knew what we needed before moving forward, and I can't tell you how many times I had to call him to add logos or names at the last minute.
