The owner…read moreJimmy greeted us warmly and let us know that he outsourced tailoring so was unsure if the job could be done due to the intricacies in the bag's structure. Jimmy offered to hold the bag and patch for the tailor's arrival the next day to confirm whether or not it could be done and quoted us $15. He advised we call the next day to confirm that the bag was accepted by the tailor. When we called, Jimmy let us know that the tailor had accepted the bag and it was on schedule for pick up in 5 days. Upon pickup we were quite excited to see the finished product and happy to report that the patch was securely sewn to the bag. The stitching wasn't perfect but we understood that the bag was hard to sew with a regular sewing machine, so no biggie, it had been glued on previously. Happy with the service, my Wife decided to also get her larger backpack style camera bag decked out with its own logo patch. Would I recommend Bridgeview Cleaners? Absolutely.
