Hello as a client I have the right to ask about what I am paying for and did not ask in a rude manner. This will be the last time we will be renting suits from this location if they don't hire more professional people to do customer service. Simply disappointing experience. The owner made a special appointment for us to come in outside their normal hours. This alone was above and beyond! When we brought the dress in, the tailor expertly took measurements and verified multiple times to ensure we would get the alterations necessary for a perfect fit. She even noted when we needed the alterations done so the dress would be ready for our event. Not only did they have the dress ready in plenty of time, but they also went the extra mile and steamed the dress so it was ready to wear!
