I have used the pickup service for household laundry- blankets, sheets, curtains- and everything has come back nicely folded in plastic bags. I appreciate the periodic specials to offset the cost of saving my shoulders for these bulky items, and the pickup/delivery service is so very convenient. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful.

These were literally a few $25 dollar blankets from walmart, so the one wash was more expensive than buying new ones! when I complained I was told that they would give me some credit back but then they changed their minds - after spending over $500 dollars at this place, I really would have continued to be a loyal customer for years! Tim and Chelsea Ridge Cleaners to the rescue! The store was not yet open when I left a message, and I got a call back very quickly from Tim the owner saying that they could pick up and deliver my wash, same day. Fantastic! I quickly pulled together two loads and left them for pick up by the front desk. A little more running around and a while later I realized I had forgotten another full basket of dirty clothes! Aaah! By this time he was nearly at the shop so I took it there myself. Thankfully, it was not a long drive and I got to see their nice clean shop in Chelsea Ridge Mall. Later that afternoon I received a text letting me know that the clean clothes had been delivered to the hotel. Based on the form left in the room, I would have paid an arm and a leg for the wash & fold service offered by the hotel. Tim's price was reasonable, in fact not a tremendous amount more than I was paying to do it myself in the hotel machines. All in all an excellent experience!

Nick was my hero. "We can do it but I'll be out by 3". Myself: I'll be there right away. Dress was done in 1hr and they called me right away. The dress is perfect. I did spend $50 but it was so worth! While also finding out my meniscus was torn, he asked how I was doing and wished me all the best in my recovery! I couldn't have asked for better service. Honestly STRONGLY advise you to go elsewhere. I would give half a star if I could. I dropped off 3…read morejackets and only one out of the 3 was cleaned without being damaged. Upon picking the jackets up, I WAS NOT INFORMED THAT THEY WERE DAMAGED. I got home removed them from the plastic and this is what I saw. I then went back to the store the day after picking them up and asked why I wasn't told they were damaged when I picked them up. I was told that I was informed, but really all I was told was to be careful cleaning the older jacket as the more it's cleaned the more it would be prone to damage. The 2nd jacket that was damaged had only been worn once. They insisted that the jacket was old even though it was not. They took no responsibility for sending me home with damaged items and no responsibility for not informing me when I picked up my items. I requested a refund for both the damaged jackets. This was my first time even going to this dry cleaner. The only reason I trusted them was because they told me they normally clean down jackets without issues. After returning the damaged jackets to the store, I waited an extra 2 days for the manager to "assess" the damage. Neither jacket can be worn due to the damage. They did not offer to fix them and I was told that there would not be a refund for either of them because I knew there was a risk of them being damaged. Horrible service, lack of sympathy and honestly just cruel. The majority of money I spent was on these two jackets that I now cannot even wear. I will absolutely NOT be returning. Horrible experience for the first time trying a business. The same lady that failed to inform me of the damage upon pickup was the person that told me I wouldn't be refunded. Now I'm just out of the money I paid and the two jackets. The fact they would even send me home with items without telling me they were damaged is beyond me.
