Mario delivers an old school charm and ability to do just about everything. Mario is an Italian immigrant who spent many years in this industry including working at West Point and fitting/altering cadet uniforms. I've trusted him enough to fit me for my wedding tuxedo, and subsequent visits have had him alter other clothes, customize a suit, and order tuxedo's for other events. Compared to renting tuxedo's form "Men's Warehouse," Mario is much more trustworthy in his approach to measuring and making sure everything fits when it arrives. His prices are also fair and everything is received promptly He essentially runs the business in his house (separate side entrance) off of Titusville road. If you blink you may miss it, so look for the sign on his front yard (took a picture of it when I stopped by today). If you're looking for something to be made custom for you, a tux for a wedding/prom/event, or need some clothes adjusted, he is exceptional at what he does and I highly recommend you see him

When I dropped off the order, I explained that the blouse was all silk I pointed out that a button had fallen off and would like it replaced. The buttons are not plastic, they are mother-of-pearl. The value of the blouse retail is upwards of $300-$400.( see the advertisement here) I picked up my order and was getting ready for work took off the blouse from the packaging from red cap cleaners and noticed two additional buttons were missing. My blouse has just two buttons instead of five. When I went to drop off my order today, I pointed out this mistake and asked if they could please explain. I was told by the clerk that I needed to drive to the City of Poughkeepsie to file my complaint and show the damage. After The ridiculous back-and-forth banter, I asked why it was necessary for me, the customer, to drive to the City of Poughkeepsie when she could let them know what happened herself. As if she did not want to believe that they caused the damage, she said that's how it's done and that Terry does a beautiful job. I had to disagree that Terri did not do a beautiful job today because my blouse was damaged. How shortsighted and poor business practices have lost them a customer. My average dry cleaning bill is over $100. The order I was dropping off this morning would have made them an additional $80-$100. If they go out of business it's their own fault.

When I saw the prices I almost walked out, but it was just one load so I decided to spend the extra few dollars bc I was already there. The machines don't take quarters so I tried using my credit card... I got an error message. I tried a second even more expensive machine. No luck. Imagine hating your customer base so much that you don't allow change or personal credit/debit cards, but you force them to buy a special card to use on your machines.
