    Simply the worst service. Don't go here. For quality alterations for formal attire go elsewhere.

I realized that he had a terrible attitude and he seemed as if he did not want to work or have business so my husband and i left and went directly to the Poughkeepsie galleria. There is a store called Via Roma and it is across from Express. I went there once before with my husband for a suit. My husband was helped immediately by the owners son( forgot his name) measured and he will have his suit tailored promptly (I will pick it up tomorrow). Customers beware :if you don't want to get treated like a piece of bull crap on the floor, Do yourself a favor and hit up the Poughkeepsie Galleria. Toni: I hope you read this and improve your customer service skills and stop being a negative nancey with a lazy attitude.

We got there a few minutes early. I told the man that greeted us that we had an appointment and were looking for suits for our wedding. He said they dont do appointments and not to listen to what we saw online. He then asked what we were looking for. I explained what we wanted and he showed us what they had. I informed him we only wanted pants, shirt and shoes that we were buying the ties and suspenders separately. His attitude switched right away. He kept saying we should rent the whole suit. He then gave us the price for JUST the pants and shirt which was $150 plus $30 for the shoes. I said that was way more than the other places we have visited and he had a very bad attitude. I then asked him about the colored shirts that I saw on the website that were available to rent and he said they don't have them. That you "cant believe everything you read online." He kept pushing the full tux or full suit. I also informed him that I had received an email saying you get a free pair of shoes with any tux/suit rental. He said no that is not true that you have to rent the full tux (I reread the email and no where on it does it say that). The vibe in that store is very negative and he was not helpful at all. Once he heard what we wanted he didnt seem to care about us being there. I will never go there again. Guess the reviews I heard before rang true.

    I inquired in March about the proper timeline for renting a tuxedo for my 5-year-old son, who was…read moreto be the ringbearer in a family wedding. I was told by the owner, Jon, to bring him in a few weeks before the event for a fitting -- which I did. At that time, Jon confidently assured me everything would be "perfect." He made it seem like he was the only person in the city capable of making this tux look good. When I called back for the second fitting, I was told to just pick up the tuxedo. That was the beginning of the disaster. I got it home to discover the pants wouldn't even close, and the shirt sleeves were FOUR inches too short on each arm. I called immediately, and they told me to bring him back in -- which I did, trusting they'd fix it. Instead, they sent my 5-year-old home looking like he raided a clown's closet. The replacement tuxedo had a shirt down to his knees, pants comically baggy, and a jacket hanging off his shoulders like he was playing dress-up. The sleeves were now so long, they rolled them up and pinned them with cufflinks. Seriously. This tuxedo is an embarrassment, and the service is worse. I paid $250 to rent this joke of a tuxedo, and when I called to express how unacceptable the situation was, Jon refused to do anything about it. No refund. No apology. Just arrogance. I found a perfectly fitting tuxedo at Macy's for half the price. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. This place is a scam dressed up in false promises and ill-fitting jackets. I wouldn't trust them to dress a scarecrow. Run the other direction.

Because of his height, significant alterations were required, bringing the total close to $700, with a substantial portion going toward tailoring. I was told the clothing would be ready on March 20th. So I arrived at 6:00 PM on March 20th to pick it up. When I got there, the manager checked with the tailor and informed me the items were not ready. I then overheard that the alterations had not even been started. The work required included sleeve adjustments on the jacket and both shirts, as well as hemming the pants. I explained that I live in Northeastern Pennsylvania--over two hours away--and asked if the items could be shipped to me. The manager declined and instead suggested I wait about an hour. Given the amount of work still needed, and my schedule, this did not feel like a realistic or reasonable solution. What was most disappointing was the lack of acknowledgment of the situation. There was no apology and no effort to offer an alternative solution that would make things right. As a result, my son will not have properly fitted clothing for his first event. Overall, this experience reflected poor communication and customer service, particularly given the clear expectations that had been set.

    Terrible customer service. I went to the Poughkeepsie NY…read morestore twice just to pickup my pants. I paid $28.00 to have them hemed. The first time. I waited in line for 25 minutes. No customer service. The manager had a problem with a teenage boy and his mother. No Tuxedo was ready for his prom at Beacon NY highschool. They put the wrong date on the ticket. I walked out of the store. I went back to the store the next day in the morning. They were busy. I waited 30 minutes by the back register. No customer service. A lady manager named Danielle, finally came over to me because I asked a employee to send the store manager over. I made a complaint. That I have been waiting for 30 minutes and no customer service. I was here yesterday and the same thing happened to me. The manager was upset about my complaint. She raised her voice at me and said. " Well. I am the only one here and there is only one of me. I can't do everything!" I was shocked by her attitude towards me and her unprofessional behavior. She asked me what I can do for you? I handed her my receipt. I asked her to please get me my pants. She walked away. I spoke to the lady behind me. We both were talking about the manager unprofessional behavior. Danielle, came back and apologized to me and told me I could get a free pair of socks. She gave me my pants and socks and I walked out of the store. I will never go back. You lost me as a customer. Poor Customer Service. Poor Attitude from the Manager. I read online from Google Reviews and other reviews this store has many customer service complaints and from both employees and from store Mangers. Danielle, was named a few times in customer service complaints.
