Customers beware :if you don't want to get treated like a piece of bull crap on the floor, Do yourself a favor and hit up the Poughkeepsie Galleria. We got there a few minutes early. I told the man that greeted us that we had an appointment and were looking for suits for our wedding. He said they dont do appointments and not to listen to what we saw online. He then asked what we were looking for. I explained what we wanted and he showed us what they had. I informed him we only wanted pants, shirt and shoes that we were buying the ties and suspenders separately. His attitude switched right away. He kept saying we should rent the whole suit. He then gave us the price for JUST the pants and shirt which was $150 plus $30 for the shoes. I said that was way more than the other places we have visited and he had a very bad attitude. I then asked him about the colored shirts that I saw on the website that were available to rent and he said they don't have them. That you "cant believe everything you read online." He kept pushing the full tux or full suit. I also informed him that I had received an email saying you get a free pair of shoes with any tux/suit rental. He said no that is not true that you have to rent the full tux (I reread the email and no where on it does it say that). The vibe in that store is very negative and he was not helpful at all. Once he heard what we wanted he didnt seem to care about us being there. I will never go there again. Guess the reviews I heard before rang true.

Not only did she do a phenomenal job…read morewith my wedding dress (Anthropologie's BHLDN Valerie dress), but she also entirely transformed my second dress (Vow's FLEUR dress) by removing the very long train and making it a high/low style that was much more suitable to my petite frame. For my first dress - the main challenge was making sure the chest was supportive (there was a lot of extra fabric in the bust originally) while maintaining the look of the flutter sleeves. Sukran had to remove the original elastic in the shoulders, create support by adding an internal spaghetti strap (I am a 36C/34D), remove any extra fabric, and ensure the flutter sleeve appeared in its original form. We went through 2-3 iterations and Sukran got it perfectly! She does not charge more per alteration - it is a lump sum that you agree on at the beginning and you can pay in installments (I paid a portion of the original total each visit). Sukran also added a beautiful French bustle to this dress. She was patient and kind through every fitting, and she was a lot of fun to spend time with! You can tell she loves what she does. For my second dress, she entirely removed the lengthy train of a strapless dress (Vow'd FLEUR dress) and altered it to be a slightly high/low style. I am 5'1" and the style was much more suitable to my petite frame. I loved it! Thank you for everything Sukran!!!

Because of his height, significant alterations were required, bringing the total close to $700, with a substantial portion going toward tailoring. I was told the clothing would be ready on March 20th. So I arrived at 6:00 PM on March 20th to pick it up. When I got there, the manager checked with the tailor and informed me the items were not ready. I then overheard that the alterations had not even been started. The work required included sleeve adjustments on the jacket and both shirts, as well as hemming the pants. I explained that I live in Northeastern Pennsylvania--over two hours away--and asked if the items could be shipped to me. The manager declined and instead suggested I wait about an hour. Given the amount of work still needed, and my schedule, this did not feel like a realistic or reasonable solution. What was most disappointing was the lack of acknowledgment of the situation. There was no apology and no effort to offer an alternative solution that would make things right. As a result, my son will not have properly fitted clothing for his first event. Overall, this experience reflected poor communication and customer service, particularly given the clear expectations that had been set.
