I've been shocked pretty severely by one of the washing machine doors and let the attendant know and she was shocked too. Called the owner in and no acknowledgement that anything even happened to me even after he watch security tapes.. Another time was hit by a truck in the parking lot asked the same attendant for a copy of the security tape to show my insurance company never got a call back from the owner. Today's issue is Machine number 2 wasn't filling up with water told true new attendant who said oh the cold doesn't work on this machine it's got to be warm or hot. Excuse me put a note on the machine if it's out of order. Had to get her to stop the load so I could move what a waste of detergent.. Am giving them two stars because at least they have an attendant on duty machines work well most of the time but prices are getting way to high. If I could afford a place where I could put in my own machines I would be so done with this place. Can't wait to retire and move away from this bad customer service place

I was dreading going to a laundromat for the first time, but she changed my mind, and will look forward to going back. They have toys and boys for kids which is also a plus.

Told the owner about it he just gave me 5 quarters to use on another machine and didn't even put signs up to tell other customers not to use those particular dryers. Also last time I was there my clothes came out of the dryer still looking dirty so I had to rewash them then wait for them to dry again. Should have been a simple in and out trip to the laundry mat took but took almost 3 hours.
