After fighting with one of the wiper's holders. The wiper part came off, but main part would not come off. With numb fingers I asked one of the young guys, if he knew how to get them off. He asked for the wipers. Before I knew it he swapped them out. I asked if Topher, the manager, was on duty? He said he wasn't. If he was on, I definitely would have let him know he has someone working there that was an asset. He didn't know if I was a newbie or a long time customer. His customer service is excellent!
