It's chill. I like that I can get all my grocery shopping done as my clothes wash or dry. It's rare that I ever have to wait for the size machines I prefer, although it can get busy. It's not as clean as it was kept when it first opened, but it's cleaner than other area laundromats. There is no mildew smell. I wish there was a sloop sink. The dryers take forever to dry. I'll sometimes take my clothes to another laundromat to dry or finish drying.

I asked for my money back and was told there was nothing she could do. A guy tried to use the washer and experienced the same issue. He threw a big stink and the attendant rushed to transfer his clothes into another washer and paid for it. This was a long time ago but left a bad taste in my mouth. But for what I paid I feel like my clothes came out really clean and the dryers dried as I expected despite the quarter only giving me 6-7 minutes. She proceeded to tell me that they have a no pet policy and that I would have to leave the laundromat. I informed her that my dog was not a pet but a service animal. She said it didn't matter if it was a service animal I would still have to wait outside while my clothes dried. I asked her to call the owner, she refused. I asked her to call the police so that they could explain the service animal law, she refused. I went outside to call the Town of Newburgh police and waited outside for the to arrive. While waiting a customer pointed out a sign that was posted, "No Pets unless it is a service dog with paperwork in hand." My clothes had dried and the attendant stated that I could not fold the there and that I would have to leave and fold them somewhere else. I took my clothes outside and waited until the officer arrived, approx. 9:00 p.m. stating the owner Angela Kinan has officially trespassed me from the laundromat . At approx. 9:21 P.M. the Supervisor arrived to try and explain to the attendant that what she was doing violated the law, however she was unwilling to comply with the ADA laws of New York and Supervisor gave me the blotter number .

It's clean and pleasant, low-key, and has everything you need. There's a machine for detergent, etc., a change-maker, and great rolling carts and a folding table. It is not usually crowded, and patrons are friendly. If you join the loyalty program, you can get $ for adding $ to your card, and the washing machines offer QR codes that you can scan with your phone to start the machines. You can get notifications when your cycle is finished and keep track of how long is left, including on more than one washer. You can pay for washing with your credit card or loyalty card, but dryers need quarters. Management is really exceptional, really caring and friendly, helpful, and quick to resolve issues, which are rare. Machines work well. They play classic TV while you wait. If you've gotta go to the laundro, this is the joint.
