The folks here are friendly, accommodating and I have never had anything damaged or stained by them since coming here. If you've been concerned about coming to this cleaners after reading those old reviews, I'd recommend trying them out. They have a sign that says "expert" tailoring but I'd say it's more like "good enough" tailoring because the patch work I got done was in fact good enough but certainly in no way an "expert" application. While I could have complained about it when I picked it up I'm ok with the good enough job since the shirt I'm using and the patch I needed applied would have been nice if it were placed with proper alignment but I'm ok with the way it was applied for my needs. If I'm ok with how it was applied why am I complaining? I'm not necessarily complaining but pointing out that this place doesn't have "expert" tailoring and I also didn't want to go without the shirt another week since I needed the shirt in the coming week. If my patch needed perfect accuracy for a job or something of a more serious nature I would have requested it be fixed. If you need expert tailoring I'd probably go elsewhere especially if you need patches applied to any article of clothing. Will I be back? Sure, for washing services only because if I need more patches applied I will most certainly be finding another tailor to do that work for me. This was my very first time doing business here and this review is my initial impressions and experience. Maybe next time a patch job will be perfect, sadly I won't allow a next time for patch work or any tailoring.

I received a call saying that one of my shirts had holes in it and they asked me if I dropped it off that way. If you look at the picture, no one in their right mind would drop off a shirt with those kind of holes for dry cleaning. When I picked up my shirts I found that 2 more of them were ruined which was not brought to my attention. They offered to "wipe my bill" but imagine picking up your dry cleaning and they say "we ruined half of your shirts but don't worry we won't charge you, it's free." After 5-6 phone calls, management conveniently "not in" each time, they refused to compensate me for the value of the shirts. These people do not care about you, bring your business somewhere else!
