The owner…read moreJimmy greeted us warmly and let us know that he outsourced tailoring so was unsure if the job could be done due to the intricacies in the bag's structure. Jimmy offered to hold the bag and patch for the tailor's arrival the next day to confirm whether or not it could be done and quoted us $15. He advised we call the next day to confirm that the bag was accepted by the tailor. When we called, Jimmy let us know that the tailor had accepted the bag and it was on schedule for pick up in 5 days. Upon pickup we were quite excited to see the finished product and happy to report that the patch was securely sewn to the bag. The stitching wasn't perfect but we understood that the bag was hard to sew with a regular sewing machine, so no biggie, it had been glued on previously. Happy with the service, my Wife decided to also get her larger backpack style camera bag decked out with its own logo patch. Would I recommend Bridgeview Cleaners? Absolutely. So today I needed a quick wash and didn't have time to go elsewhere. And guess what, my car has a film on it now. Nothings changed in a decade! The best part is where you switch the hose to rinse and soap keeps coming out. You can never rinse the car completely at this place. I guess tomorrow I'll go to the one in Montgomery behind McDonalds. They do a great job. What a waste of money.

I approached a gentleman name EJ and he quickly asked if I needed help. I explained to him what I wanted, and he was very honest with his answer. EJ advised me not to put any water under the hood because it could damage the electronics, especially the motor. He also advised me not to go through the car wash because it could damage the rearview mirrors and other small objects on the car. EJ didn't care that he would lose money with that advice. He continues by advising me to wash my car myself. I have never done that, so was a bit skeptical. EJ then showed me the area where I could wash my car, explain the process and stood by me to make sure I was able to work all the devices. I had never worked with any of the devices, but it was a great experience. I used a blower to clean under the hood and everywhere else to clean off the leaves, a brush with bubble coming out of it, and wax to make the car shine. The car came out great. I only spent $10 for the entire process. Thank you, EJ. I hope you can see this review. I recommend this place, not only for the car wash but for the Laundry Mat as well. It's clean, great prices to wash your cloth, smells really good and great customer service.

They have a sign that says "expert" tailoring but I'd say it's more like "good enough" tailoring because the patch work I got done was in fact good enough but certainly in no way an "expert" application. While I could have complained about it when I picked it up I'm ok with the good enough job since the shirt I'm using and the patch I needed applied would have been nice if it were placed with proper alignment but I'm ok with the way it was applied for my needs. If I'm ok with how it was applied why am I complaining? I'm not necessarily complaining but pointing out that this place doesn't have "expert" tailoring and I also didn't want to go without the shirt another week since I needed the shirt in the coming week. If my patch needed perfect accuracy for a job or something of a more serious nature I would have requested it be fixed. If you need expert tailoring I'd probably go elsewhere especially if you need patches applied to any article of clothing. Will I be back? Sure, for washing services only because if I need more patches applied I will most certainly be finding another tailor to do that work for me. This was my very first time doing business here and this review is my initial impressions and experience. Maybe next time a patch job will be perfect, sadly I won't allow a next time for patch work or any tailoring.
