This place is the best. There's never any problems. The clothes wash and dry quick and it's clean.

Even with prices rising you should be able to at least wash your car with 5-6 minutes of ample water given. This is for the wash bay where you clean your car yourself . It is a complete rip off , I used coins and it went over 5 dollars for three or 4 minutes, the alarm starts beeping your out of time after 2&1/2 minutes so you keep wasting time running to the machine plinking in quarters for 20 extra seconds, no exaggeration..Absolutely not enough time given to even wet, scrub & rinse ..old dilapidated brush that got no dirt off my car & I was literally running from sprayer to brush to sprayer like I was a rat in a maze .I was worried about scratching my paint with the floppy brush so it didn't even clean the pollen & dirt off. Afterwards I called the owner to inform whoever about the inferior quality brush & what happened with the time and he was so dismissive, you could tell he didn't care . I'll avoid all three "Sheeley" locations from now on

I approached a gentleman name EJ and he quickly asked if I needed help. I explained to him what I wanted, and he was very honest with his answer. EJ advised me not to put any water under the hood because it could damage the electronics, especially the motor. He also advised me not to go through the car wash because it could damage the rearview mirrors and other small objects on the car. EJ didn't care that he would lose money with that advice. He continues by advising me to wash my car myself. I have never done that, so was a bit skeptical. EJ then showed me the area where I could wash my car, explain the process and stood by me to make sure I was able to work all the devices. I had never worked with any of the devices, but it was a great experience. I used a blower to clean under the hood and everywhere else to clean off the leaves, a brush with bubble coming out of it, and wax to make the car shine. The car came out great. I only spent $10 for the entire process. Thank you, EJ. I hope you can see this review. I recommend this place, not only for the car wash but for the Laundry Mat as well. It's clean, great prices to wash your cloth, smells really good and great customer service.

Washing Well Laundromat - These machines are $6.25 each and smell horrible inside. They made my cloth smell horrible after I washed them. They're also very tall.

Big mistake! I should've researched this place before I went there. The first thing I noticed when I went inside is that there is a bad smell. I looked around and there was no one in the place to tell. I had already bought in the laundry, so I decided to tough it out. I read the instructions for putting money in the machine to start the washer, and it indicated I could either use coins or a credit card. I decided to use a credit card and it was a disaster. The machine wouldn't recognize the amount I indicated, and what I wanted to use for washing the cloth. It took me fifteen minutes to finally figure it out. Meanwhile, no attendant. I opened the machine door and wanted to vomit on how smelly the inside of the washing machine is. I was worried because I didn't want the clothing taking that smell while washing. I then proceeded to try and put the detergent and fabric softener and I couldn't reach the top of the washer. It had to be at least six feet tall. I look around for something to climb on and they, literally, have stoops to climb on. I'm guessing they only expect tall people to wash cloth in their facility. I stood on the stool and put in lots of detergent and fabric softener. I didn't want the cloth to come out with the smell from inside the washer. It was to no avail. The machine didn't recognize the detergent and the cloth came out smelly. I was so angry. I paid so much money. I then proceeded to the dryers and wanted to use at least four of the dryers, in that way the cloth would dry correctly. That too was to no avail. The cloth didn't dry enough, and they came out damped. I spent $67 dollars in this place for four washing machines and for dryers. In addition, the place is filthy and smelly. The sink in the place is disgusting. There are no restrooms, no attendant and the machines are smelly and super tall. This place is a highway robbery. Go at your own risk to Washing Well Laundromat.

I said hello to the attendant as I deposited my money into the dryer. She replied with pleasant hello. I proceeded to sit on a near by bench when she saw my service animal. She proceeded to tell me that they have a no pet policy and that I would have to leave the laundromat. I informed her that my dog was not a pet but a service animal. She said it didn't matter if it was a service animal I would still have to wait outside while my clothes dried. I asked her to call the owner, she refused. I asked her to call the police so that they could explain the service animal law, she refused. I went outside to call the Town of Newburgh police and waited outside for the to arrive. While waiting a customer pointed out a sign that was posted, "No Pets unless it is a service dog with paperwork in hand." My clothes had dried and the attendant stated that I could not fold the there and that I would have to leave and fold them somewhere else. I took my clothes outside and waited until the officer arrived, approx. 9:00 p.m. stating the owner Angela Kinan has officially trespassed me from the laundromat . At approx. 9:21 P.M. the Supervisor arrived to try and explain to the attendant that what she was doing violated the law, however she was unwilling to comply with the ADA laws of New York and Supervisor gave me the blotter number .

"Holy Crispy clean laundry Batman!"…read more I have to say I was beyond shocked to find this place in relative proximity to the ghetto of Newburgh. Sorry Newburgh that I keep referencing your city as ghetto but let's keep it real, it is ghetto! LOL! This laundromat was immaculately clean and beautiful! I had done laundry at other locations in New Windsor and while other places were decent, this place is insanely clean and well maintained. It's just SO out of place being in Newburgh. I've always had laundry facilities at home until recently so I'm not entirely sure if what I paid to clean my panties...I mean underwear (don't judge me; LOL) was expensive. But for what I paid I feel like my clothes came out really clean and the dryers dried as I expected despite the quarter only giving me 6-7 minutes. I really didn't pay attention to how much time each quarter gave me I just put enough for an hour dry time. If others in this area thinks this place might be expensive I hope the owner keeps it that way because this facility is worth the price of admission. Excellent condition machines, nice tables for folding, cable TV, free wifi, etc.
