They are easy to work with and flexible. Prices are decent and in line with the rest of the printers in the area. They have a full menu of standard and even special services. They also seem very customer-driven. I know we've gone in there a few times right after closing time and they've always been very gracious and gotten stuff done, though we were the ones who didn't plan ahead. Much better than dealing with some of the other big box places like Office Depot. These guys actually want you to come in and spend money at their business. In what to me seems like a pretty commoditized market, they use customer service as the thing that sets them apart.

Every single time I've gone, and I have guiding employees that seem very interested in giving me good customer service. So if you have come in and you weren't happy because you got stuck in a line yeah, you're going to have to come back at a different time or just swing the line like the rest of us. Maybe they can fix the bottlenecks when the groups come in, I don't know if that's scheduling when they know people are getting out of work and about to come in or on their way to work or on lunch breaks I'd have to pay attention to the times that I come when there is a big line. So if you can't try to get there during one of their off times then yeah your experience is going to be bad and you might be in that 8 to 10 minute line waiting.

The ribbon looked old and wrinkled. It looked haphazardly put together and did not have $114 dollars worth of flowers. When I complained to FTD I was told the bouquet I picked was no longer available so the sent a substitution without notifying me.
