Below is the pic of what I thought we would be receiving (I purchased the standard of this version -- which you would think would have a similar artistic touch/style but smaller or fewer flowers) below is what was received. Yikes ... ($81) When I called to let them know that the arrangement was not at all what was advertised, Kim became super defensive and not in a professional way. Her proposed solution was to "have someone pick up the arrangement for a full refund or pick up the arrangement and add more flowers to it" I said it would be embarrassing and awkward to retrieve flowers from someone who is in recovery... (from my aunt's perspective, her niece made a thoughtful gesture -- to have someone show up and take the flowers back or add some flowers only makes what was originally perceived as a nice gesture, awkward -- which an unnecessary thing to put my sick aunt through). Kim responded that SHE wouldn't be embarrassed (right, because it was ALL about her) and called me "too uptight". Anyhow, she continued to talk over me, refusing to let me get a word in edgewise... and then she hung up on me. Makes me super sad because I was being soooo nice and careful with what I was saying. I hate taking time out of my day to deal with negative energy, so I figured I'd let Amex deal with her and write this review so that others are put on notice about this place.

I was in trouble, now I had very little time to reorder. My sister was dear to me and I needed to get something there but time had run out. I did a quick search and found Corwin Florist in the next town over. From the reviews they looked like they had a good reputation so I called. Colleen picked up the phone, awesome person. I explained what had happened and she told me they were busy but she thought she could fulfil the order. I felt relief at those words. Placed my order and prayed for the best. I still wanted a beautiful piece, something worthy for my sister but I felt like I'd have to settle for whatever they sent. I was out of time. However, Colleen came through, she sent a gorgeous piece and it meant everything on a sad, bleak day. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I wasn't a previous customer, I was a stranger to her. But you could tell, I was still important to her. She kept her word about getting it there on time. So thanks you Collen you're the best! Thank you Corwin Florist.

I would LOVE for this to be a review talking about local businesses and how they should be…read moresupported, especially during these times. Unfortunately, it is not. After passing this place countless times while I'm walking, driving or just in the area, we finally were able to come in here with our masks during operating hours. We were absolutely THRILLED to finally make it in. Unfortunately, the experience did NOT end up this way. The pros: HUUUUUUGE selection of succulents, slightly pricey but REALLY good quality and absolutely gorgeous. Also, really nice flowers and flower arrangements. The cons: I'm not sure if it was a bad day, but NO reason to be so RUDE to your clients (the cashier ESPECIALLY). First of all, there are barely any prices in the flowers, flower arrangements, plants. If there were more prices near the plants then we wouldn't have to "annoy" the employees and "bother" them by asking them prices of different plants. Came here with the idea of "supporting" local business instead of going to Home Depot or any other chain. I finally picked out like 4 plants which for sure were worth $50. One of the ladies that worked there rudely told me that "those aren't for sale" as she pointed to an almost invisible sign that said "not for sale". Meanwhile there were plenty of the plants available (duplicates of the same). The super nice lady that works in the greenhouse area propagating nicely said that there's no problem, we can sell those. Because there were more of those available. The initial rude lady ran to the other lady in the cashier to "tell on us". By the time we got to the cashier ALL excited with our new purchases she immediately says "they didn't tell you these aren't for sale??" And I said that one of the nice ladies said it was ok. Before I could even finish my sentence here she was snatching the 2 pots away from me. Basically forbid me from buying the plants because it took her "so long to grow" instead of kindly providing me an alternative she hid the plants away as if I was ready to steal them.... I was ready to just leave my purchases behind but I decided to buy one plant...to still try to support. I've NEVER seen anything like this. Not only did she miss out on a purchase DURING a crisis but she lost 2 customers and unfortunately I will NEVER recommend ANY of my friends here. Maybe the egg shop is a different experience but this to me was just not only humiliating but unnecessary and RUDE. #SupportOnlyNiceLocalBusinesses
