This shop is really something to admire. I passed by on a walk down Main street after hours and peeked through the storefront window in awe. I made it my mission to come back and explore so on a recent rainy Sunday I made my return. There are so many different plant options and standard clay pots. More interesting hanging Japanese art style kokedama. The shop appeals to all my senses including the wonderful scents of dried fruits used for decor and the fresh cuts being propagated. There's a small outdoor space that I would say is a garden workshop which was absolutely gorgeous dripped in the day's rains where I found drying bouquets and a small corner of rescue ready plants if you like a risky project- like I do lol. Flora Good Times is this cute lush paradise that felt tucked away in a knuckerhole! Immediately as you come in you're welcomed by cuttings of flowers that you're able to craft a bouquet with, either from your own creative juices or the senses of the staff. The helper who was staffing when we visited was super friendly and helpful. I came in to just look at everything and wasn't planning on buying a plant, but I was able to pickup some Instant Plant Food for 50% off and also some mosquito bits--which were remarkably affordable ($2 a scoop of what felt like a small solo cup). There are a ton of little trinkets here in regards to flora, from ceramic planters to little ceramic sculptures that are designed to guard your space and plants from bad energy. While they were a little too out of budget for me, they were a pleasure to look at. The variety of plants was great as well. All the plants seemed well taken care of and if I was trying to acquire new buddies for my home, I would definitely stop here. They have quite a bit of supplies for propagation as well, which I appreciated seeing. Everything is just so cute!!! read more

Cute little shop with all manner of lovely greenery. Individual who helped me was patient with an amatuer plant enthusiast and took the time to explain how to not immediately kill a beautiful piece of nature. Highly recommend for variety and excellent customer service. read more

I received a bouquet of flowers in a small vase for Mothers Day. The flowers were already starting to fade and by Monday they were all wilted. This is not acceptable and the shop should replace the order with a fresh one. My son ordered these flowers in past years and the same fading happened. This year he saw the flowers in person and was very concerned. Very disappointed and will be calling the. shop when it reopens on Thursday. read more

This flower shop was so cute!! It is a small place but really pretty. They had a good selection of plants and flowers. Staff were really nice. Someone helped me pick a plant that suited my lifestyle and I wish I asked for his name but he was really nice, helpful and very knowledgeable. I wish I took pictures of the place but I was really enjoying everything. Prices varied and they had all price ranges. Definitely worth a visit. read more

Ok, so this review is long over due. I don't even know where to begin when it comes to praising Corrine and her ways. I moved to Beacon a few years ago, I fell in love in 2003 after visiting the día and just had to share it with my love. We instantly fell in love, made our world and moved our plant babies and pup up. Now I've always had a green thumb, I get it from my rockstar mama. From resurrecting plant babies, rescuing plants, propagating fallen leaves, I've even taken garbage plants, because yeah I've seen people trash plants that had tiny green buds and all they needed was tlc. So after moving my plant baby family to beacon I decided I needed some cool additions to the crew of misfits. But I hate big box plant options. Often they are sick and under watered. Now living so close to the falls you get lazy and don't visit the other side often but after a stroll on the opposite end in the beginning of 2020 I found this universe just chilling all cool with their bomb ass window full of greenery. I walked in, pre rona days, and was instantly sucked into the world Corrine had created. She had every plant baby I wanted, ones I've never seen, each so special and loved. Beautiful pots, mist bottles, watering cans, scissors, i mean you name it and it's there. It's a thought out oasis for every tree hugging, green loving human. You instantly saw that everything was thought out and brought in with love! Flora quickly became my treat yourself spot. So much that the owner now knows my address by heart. Yes I shop that much here!! Flora got be through the lockdowns, from her activism, and being active in our community, giving back, to just being so helpful on the gram, doing way cool educational lives, that honestly made some mornings in quarantine a bit more fun. So I guess what I am trying to say is I love this place and love all that she does and creates with this unique universe that she has made. It is truly a haven. So if you're in town, stop in, take a selfie buy something cool and support your local florist!! It truly is a gem!! read more

Unfortunately, the baby stag horn I bought is not doing well, but I'm a new plant mom and well... it was ambitious to try to raise a baby! LOL.
