We couldn't have been more thrilled with our experience after booking Raven Rose for our wedding flowers! We originally came across Raven Rose in looking for florists that had worked at our venue and were super impressed with their portfolio of previous work. To our incredible luck, not only was Courtney S. at Raven Rose incredibly familiar with our venue, but her beautiful shop was literally located across the street from the venue, which made it super easy to check in during the various stages of planning. During our consult, Courtney listened carefully to what our vision was, and despite the fact that I hadn't been able to find pictures that perfectly matched our wedding vision/colors, she magically knew exactly what we were looking for, and made amazing suggestions. Her enthusiasm and knowledge of her business really shone during our consult, and she was very kind about gently leading us away from flowers that wouldn't be in season or within our budget, as well as steering us away from trendier arrangements/colors that wouldn't have fit the more timeless look that we were aiming for. After our initial meeting, Courtney quickly pulled together a beautiful proposal (with gorgeous pictures and detailed floral suggestions) that blew us away, and we didn't even consider any other florists for our big day. During the entire process, she was such a personable, kind soul, and very responsive to any questions or concerns (and even gave us some great local recommendations for vendors and things to do for our visiting guests). Additionally, she was incredibly reasonable about working within our price range (and making a few last minute adjustments) and we felt completely confident leaving such a big part of our day in her capable hands. On our wedding day, she exceeded our expectations by hand-delivering the flowers of my dreams - elegant, modern and romantic and in the perfect color palette/aesthetic for an early Spring wedding in an industrial venue. I was absolutely blown away by her stunning work and truly couldn't have imagined a more perfect bouquet to have in hand as I walked down the aisle. Every piece (from simple floral crowns for our young flower girls to the bridesmaid bouquets to the arrangements throughout the reception) was absolutely stunning, and more than one guest said that the flowers were the most beautiful wedding arrangements that they'd ever seen (and I completely agree, even if I'm a wee bit biased). We can't thank Courtney and Raven Rose enough for the magic they worked at our wedding, and highly recommend them if you need a florist in the Hudson Valley (or beyond)! Roses are red, violets are blue, they even have a dog named Milo, TOO! Quaint little spot with all types of natural stuff: sprays, aromatherapy, fragrance oils, and more! The first thing that attracted me in the store was of course, Milo, he was so welcoming! Staring right out the window you can't resist but to go in. Once you pet him and give him all the love you realize you've entered this cute little flower & more boutique/store. If you're a plant lover or just want to buy some flowers for a friend or loved one this is the spot to go to. They do custom arrangements for you and you can pick what you would like from their little selection. Also, make sure to choose them for your wedding bouquets and arrangements. They take care of that too! Succulents, airplants and more are also there for you to take home. They even sell the little hanging glass bulbs for you to customize your succulent arrangements. I just ordered on 5/7/2016 for my mother for Mother's Day. I picked a arrangement they wouldn't be able to have done so I picked another one but asked for it to have some purple in it instead of just an arrangement of pinks. Today when my mom received her flowers and sent me pictures they were more than even I expected. They really took the time and selected beautiful flowers to add for the purple. For holidays and special occasions I would pick this florists every time! this is funny and adorable: without knowing what florist i was dealing with, as i live a few hours away, i ordered flowers online for a friend who just happens to be the bride pictured below. For my sister's album release concert, my family was hoping to congratulate her after the show with a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Coming in from out of town, we located Raven Rose online (the great name caught our attention!). My brother and I caught Courtney on an unexpected busy Thursday, as she was preparing several bouquets for a photo shoot and filling a couple other orders. Still, she was able to accommodate my last minute request. I was looking for a sumptuous bouquet with the essence of antiquity...something that you would see in the background of an old painting from the Victorian era The show was at a music venue around the corner and she even offered to drop it off at the end of her work day! Hours later when I arrived at the venue, I was overjoyed to see her creation. It's as though she read my mind. It was perfection. Fresh, yet muted. The ranunculus were gorgeous! La Bella Rosa is a great place not only for flowers but for gifts. I had a bridal shower to go to and was working late and needed to get a quick gift. I spotted this shop on the corner of Main Street in Beacon. I went inside and they had a lot of goodies. Candles, Jewelery, Art Work, Plants and other gift ideas.
