Since meeting Diane back at HVFCU she has grown in a person to know. After making the connection to her and Morgans Florist. She and Mr. Morgan have become cherished persons to know. On a whim I can contact them to order small arrangements to carry for holidays at our local bakery. And full faith it'll all be great. On a more person note, a recent loss for my family and I knew that calling Morgans was the only choice. My family can't thank you enough. read more

The delivery guy was very nice and clean cut. I gave two stars to Morgan florist because of him. However, once the flowers were delivered and I took a closer look at them, I noticed that there was quite a bit of browning on them and wilting. They were delivered on Valentine's Day, so they were probably pretty busy... it was pretty evident from how disheveled the flowers appeared as well. Either way, I think flowers should be delivered any healthy state and they should be arranged well. Many of the stems were short of falling out of the base. I rearrange the bouquet myself to do my best with that, but obviously I couldn't do much about the browning. If the flowers were not a Valentine's Day gift from a close friend who lives far away, I would advise him not to buy flowers from there again. However, when it's a gift it makes it tough because you don't want to take away from the thoughtfulness of your sender. The pictures posted were taken on delivery... Today is Feb. 16th, and several of the flowers look like they should be cut. Rose tips are also starting to brown as well now. read more

Waste of money, and a total embarrassment to actual florists in the area. Went to Morgan florist for my father's funeral. Ordered a half blanket for the casket, a heart for the grandchildren, across for the great-grandchildren and a small corner casket arrangement. Chose all of the items out of a book. When I got to the funeral home an hour before the the wake started there were no flowers. Called Morgan florist immediately and spoke with Xavier. Xavier told me they had until 4:00 to get the flowers there when the wake started. Xavier wanted to argue the point with me, I told him to get the flowers there immediately. When they arrived about 20 minutes later the casket arrangement had broken flowers. The other two arrangements were missing the spray of roses that the picture indicated. And the small corner piece wasn't a corner piece, it was a small bouquet. Several days after the funeral, I spoke with Steve from Morgan florist. He expressed that he was very sorry for my displeasure. But the flowers were perfectly acceptable in his eyes. There was no refund, not even a partial. Morgan florist is a disgrace to the industry. read more

Steve is the best, I went to him because one of the other florists that I normally go to was closed the day after Labor Day which was disappointing however it looks like I found a new florist. My girlfriend and all of her friends raved about the flowers and how beautiful they were. When I arrived there at first I was a little apprehensive but decided to see what all the other review were about and I'm so glad I did. I thought there was a great selection and the customer help was perfect. Overall I am thrilled with my decision to go here and will absolutely be back in the future, thanks Steve! read more

Steve worked with us to figure out exactly what we wanted for our centerpieces, and he put such thoughtfulness and care into every single piece. The venue was transformed by his work! We kept things simple for the bridal party flowers (single white calla lilies), and they were perfection. Steve brings an extremely high level of professionalism and talent, and his arrangements are pure elegance. First time I've used this florist. I normally use online venues when time permits. Since I had a short window I searched out Morgan's Florist. I'm glad I did! They sent a beautiful arrangement that you just can't buy online. Fresh and beautiful. Day before my delivery was scheduled they were nice enough to call be about probable weather delays that the area was to get the next day. Major ice and snow. She asked if it would be alright to deliver the day after to keep her employees safe and off the roads. Of course I agreed! That's what customer service is all about. Communication goes a long way. Overall a definite 5 star. One word of caution to the one that called me: don't be in the middle of a conversation when calling a customer. I answered the phone, heard talking, and just waited till she was done. I got a good laugh out of it as she sounded like she was upset about something and used some choice words to express herself. But, with that being said, she was super nice to me. Lord knows I'm not perfect and I took no offense to it. Great customer service and beautiful arrangements. I would use them again should the need arise as I live in central Connecticut and not locally. Merry Christmas! read more

My wedding coordinator recommended Steve Morgan to me as a florist for my wedding and I am SO happy she did because everything was AMAZING!!! I never even went to view Steve's work in person prior to my wedding (I had a lot of trust in my coordinator) but we had a few phone calls so he could figure out what I was looking for and he delivered exactly what I wanted and then some. All my wedding flowers were seasonal, local and had a gorgeous wildly beautiful look to them - sunflowers, hydrangea, celosia, gomphrena- so many incredible blooms! Everyone commented on how beautiful my bouquets and table arrangements were. I also ordered a flower crown for myself and my flower girl and they were both stunning and perfect and lasted all day. For our huppah, they fastened about 40 sunflowers with little water vials that lasted all day and then some. The wedding was 5 days ago and some of the flowers are still looking gorgeous.
