She was discharged from the hospital yesterday and we did not know she had not received the flowers until after she was home. We called Lucilles to double check that they had in fact been delivered to the correct hospital - they were - and so, even though it was not Lucilles fault, she asked for our friends home address and delivered a second bouquet to our friends home at no additional charge - a trip of almost 20 miles.
