The day was more important than the flower themselves, as they were to be part of the celebration. I ordered in person about a week in advance and everything was written down correctly. Business claims that the order was misfiled for a delivery day other than what I specified. Flowers when they arrived the following day, were fine, but had I not called the morning after, I do not know when they would have been delivered. Expensive too and a very modest apology. Suggestion: if you order from this business, call a few days in advance to verify your order delivery.

Stop! Look no further for the florist of your dreams! You cannot go wrong with Flowers by Angel!…read moreHis arrangements are absolutely unparalleled! I was THAT customer that came in late on mother's day looking for 2 arrangements! Within 15 minutes Angel had whipped up two gorgeous arrangements for me while sticking to my budget. I have seen his work for years now at local businesses and weddings around the area and I knew if I wanted to knock my Mama and mother in law off their feet I had to go to him! All I can say is WOW. I'll let the photos speak for themselves. Both the lovely ladies in my life were speechless when they saw what he had created! Not to mention the shop is gorgeous and very well maintained! It's simple; Angel is a floral wizard, and able to create magical arrangements within minutes, all while providing exceptional customer service and more than reasonable pricing. I have not found another florist in the area able to produce the work that Angel and his team does! You have to go here for your flowers! You are sorely missing out if you go elsewhere!

I ordered a sympathy basket for my boyfriend and his family today. From start to finish my…read moreexperience was fantastic. I live in NYC so ordering from a place you don't know of is always scary. I was pleasantly surprised at this establishment. The website has a large assortment to choose from and all price ranges. Checking out on the website was easy. Thank you to Irene who answered the phone both times that I called when I needed to make two changes to the enclosed card for the recipient. I was informed that the hydrangeas (white ones) had not arrived yet but I was offered a different color but only wanted white flowers. Irene suggested a few other options.....I know nothing about flowers or plants (all I know is roses and a bush lol). I just asked her to choose a pretty substitute and she did just that. Irene was friendly, extremely helpful and gracious at making the changes. Delivery was done early afternoon as promised. I will highly recommend Maguni and would surely reach out to them if I need more flowers. I also received a delivery confirmation email which was the cherry on the top of my shopping experience.
