I have taken several classes with both women and they are both great and have a lot of patience when teaching. I even purchased a Ruby 90 so I can continue to use the skills they have taught me at home. I still continue to take classes with them since I am still learning, but I find myself taking classes with them more for the company than for the class itself. I highly recommend this store if you need help with anything sewing related!

The women who run it are very knowledgeable and friendly. I hope we can keep this store in downtown Middletown.

Thankfully, the general locations of the items can be found on the website, otherwise I would've been in there forever while the employees talk amongst themselves and ignore the customers. -Price- I only came to this store because I figured they would have all of the craft items I needed for a particular project, come to find out they were more than a few dollars higher than if I got them in other stores separately. -Did Not Like- see service... -Noteworthy- nothing -Recommend- NO!

Three employees...standing at a register...one barely ringing because she's so involved in the conversation, one doing nothing but participating in the gossip and a third who is apparently a floor supervisor, belittling the work of one of his employees to subordinates and in front of a line of customers. One of the most disgusting displays of poor retail training and service that I've seen in years. And I was a retail manager, trainer and HR person for decades.
