I live in the Southwest and had no idea that a family member would pass away unexpectedly. Suddenly, I was tasked with planning a funeral and creating the program, obituary, and thank-you cards -- all from afar. After finding Minuteman Press through a Google search, Amanda and Carrie immediately stepped in to help bring my ideas to life. There were moments when I was completely at a loss for what to do, but they patiently guided me through every detail -- from paper choices and fonts to wording and layout. They approached my situation with professionalism, compassion, and genuine kindness. On days when I broke down in tears, these two incredible women surrounded me with support. I left the store and walked to my car. The clerk ran out of the store yelling at me for stealing the pencils! I told her where they were and she continued to acuse me of stealing! Unbelievable.

While I was there I was going to pick up some office supplies but their prices are outrageous! $3 for a spiral notebook, $2 for a ball point pen, even a simple folder was expensive. I really don't know how they remain in business with the prices they charge. The employees sit by the register and ask you if you need help as you're exiting the store - not very proactive. Thankfully I was savvy enough to figure out the directions for printing from the directions given on the printer. Next time I'll just go to the library. It's cheaper @ the staff is much more helpful.

I had a truly wonderful experience with this UPS store, they were incredible!…read more After cleaning out the storage space of a loved one who had passed away, I dropped off a number of delicate and oddly-sized items to be shipped to multiple addresses. Erica, in particular, went above and beyond to help me out--she packaged everything expertly (a feat for some of the more delicate collectibles!), gave me honest advice about the price of shipping different groups of items to different locations, and kept everything organized as we figured out the best path forward. When it was time to ship the various batches, she checked in consistently, helped me troubleshoot some day-of issues, and made sure to get the correct payment info for different shipments. Everything arrived on time and in tact, at a reasonable price! More than that, Erica and everyone else at this location were incredibly kind and patient as they helped me figure out a very complicated project. It's not easy to deal with the things a loved one leaves behind, and I don't think I could have managed with out the compassion and expertise of these wonderful folks.
