Maybe they can fix the bottlenecks when the groups come in, I don't know if that's scheduling when they know people are getting out of work and about to come in or on their way to work or on lunch breaks I'd have to pay attention to the times that I come when there is a big line. They quoted me $92, not because it was heavy but because of the size of the box. Needless to say I opted to try something else. I called The Mailbox store and spoke to a guy who explained that the charge is based not only the weight but the size of the box. He said they have multiple boxes for sale and if I came in, we could try and find a cheaper solution. I stopped in on the way home and after a couple of different "fittings" we found the smallest box that would fit the coat. Total cost including the box $47. This store is under new ownership and I highly recommend them for any shipping needs plus whatever other services they provide.
