They also seem very customer-driven. I know we've gone in there a few times right after closing time and they've always been very gracious and gotten stuff done, though we were the ones who didn't plan ahead. Much better than dealing with some of the other big box places like Office Depot. These guys actually want you to come in and spend money at their business.
