She likes to refer to herself as "blunt," but there's a huge difference between being blunt and being downright disrespectful and rude. Here's what happened: she changed the appointment as I was already on my way there (so about 20 mins before start time). The issue I have is she never once apologized for the inconvenience nor ask if I was okay with the delay. She told me to "sit and wait," and here -it's not what you say - it's the tone in which you say it. When I said I can't wait the extra hour, she changed the conversation to say she never said an hour. Totally tried to gaslight me, then told me to "calm down," as if I were a child. Very unprofessional service. Would NOT RECOMMEND. Also, when I told her that I wouldn't write a review, I just wanted a refund, her response was to say, she didn't care about reviews. In this world, everything matters and customer satisfaction should matter. She should care, but since she doesn't- here's my review.
