We went there for a package they lost. Had tracking that it was there. The employee was rude and defensive, yelling at us in a rough, aggressive demeanor. Because there is not possible to give -0- but this clerks at this sloatsburg office are so ridiculously rude, they don't do their jobs right and then when we need answer they just turn around and leave you with the words in your mouth, this grumpy old man is smoking out of the building, we have to rings a bell to get attention, then he comes visible irritated and in a rush, I supposed to check the input he done in the screen but instead he click a happy face and just print the receipt without giving me the chance to ask, he just give his back and disappears, there is also a Hispanic female clerk that gets so aggravated when people wolks in, at least when we walked in to price a piece of mail, if they are not getting paid on lease pay them, but if they are getting paid to do their job and then they act the way they do, please gire them, they don't belong to the USPS, this people really suck. I encountered the most unprofessional postal worker today in the sloathsburgh office. An older white grumpy individual who should retire or be banished to the box room. He lacks any remnant of customer service and is a stain on the reputation of the USPS .
