    It seems like a small post office. A bit outdated but i actually like that about it. Very small town feel about it. I have been here several time since i moved. The lines vary depending on the time of day, but on tr plus side they are open till 7pm on weekdays. Every time i have been her the clerks have been super helpful. I needed a lot of help deciding what package to send and save money as well when mailing a package to Europe and robert(clerk) was really nice and helped me with weighing the stuff and even told me about the best options. I needed that just so i can decide the best route to go....since i had already been to Fedex and the prices were sky high!!! The clerks are always nice about making sure the mail is properly wrapped as well. Once i didn't have the label on right and the clerk took the time and fixed it instead of just sending me away to fix it myself. I appreciated that. So over all i would recommend this place.

    Open very late, not that busy, staff is chill and knowledgeable. About all you can ask for.

    Always have to wait when dropping off packages, and I've had so many lost items in the past few months.

    They CONSTANTLY leave my package at the wrong address never to be seen. They did today 1/14/2017 and I am PISSED!!!!

    I'm starting to think the FedEx drivers delivering from this location are delivering packages with…read moretheir eyes closed. For some reason they are consistently delivering packages to my neighbors home (who I can't stand and don't trust) and not my home. Both of us have house numbers clearly on our door. I had $10,000 worth of photography equipment that I use for work just delivered to my neighbors home after I took off work and waited all day to be able to sign for these packages, only to find out it was "delivered" and signed by someone not me. After knocking on doors I found it at my neighbors house and the package was OPENED!!!! How is this ok?!?!

When I called during this hold time inquiring I was told "it's a glitch, contact the sender".... Returned to find a 'final attempt' door tag on my door with no date it was left and information on how to get my package. Called FedEx, they told me I could have it delivered next day to a holding facility literally down the street from my address', great please do! Well, the next day I recover 2 emails of "attempted delivery but business was closed" - hmm the holding facility def not closed so I called again, they told me it was attempt at be delivered to my home - no chance those attempts were made, I was home all day and outside doing yard work most of it. And my cameras show zero fedex activity. Tons me I could pick it up at the fedex location (40 mins one way...) and yes! It is definitely there, I confirmed and they are holding it. Drove thee, waited ten mins to be told it's on a truck for delivery to the holding facility..... "when you call the 1800 number, they don't communicate with us"..awesome...waited till morning, nope never delivered to the holding facility. Currently on for the 5th day in a row trying to get my package.....absolutely ridiculous and infuriating

    This business should not even be open. I had such a bad interaction with them it was beyond…read moreanything I had every experienced before. I went in there because UPS directed a package no one at the house could stay home and sign for. I never once wanted it sent there. Through the whole two day process Mauricio had a very bad attitude and was combative. When I got there it was for my mother and UPS advised me to bring an email they sent and show him the email with my ID. I was picking it up because she works and it was hard for her to go and get it. I have picked up numerous UPS packages for her on numerous occasions from the UPS Store and the Customer Center. UPS always releases the package as long as you follow the directions in the email. The gentlemen that was there Mauricio was so rude and just plain unreasonable. He acted combative and mentally unstable. He advised me that he could not release the package to me even though the instructions sent by UPS advised him he could. When I tried to show it to him he just kept yelling at me. I tried to show him my ID and he kept on turning his head. When I told him what UPS told me he said no. He refused to look at the instructions and the ID. When I pushed the matter he threatened the police and called me a package thief and to "get out I was fraudster." He then wanted to take my picture for the police. He was a complete moron and was insinuating that I was a criminal. As I was leaving he was out on Lafayette Avenue yelling that I am a package thief and he was calling the police. I proceeded to call UPS and the woman on the phone told me, "she was horrified at his behavior." By the time my mom arrived after I called her he had a closed sign up on door and locked the door. What was he scared of? He then proceeded to yell at her for like 10 minutes and give her a hard time over the package. He then proceeded to tell her about people banging on his counter. I never did that. What was he hiding from? Why did he go into the street to yell? It was such a degrading experience. If this is what a local small business acts like then I will go to UPS in Mahwah or take it to Nanuet. I have never in my life experienced such poor behavior. I have filed complaint with UPS, PostNet Corporate and the Suffern Chamber of Commerce. This man is clearly not mentally stable and should not be in business.
